COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS
We take your health and safety seriously, particularly during this challenging time of the COVID-19/Coronavirus. Likewise, because this is our second home, we would like to stay safe and healthy as well.
Like many states, Oregon has emerged from the virus in phases, and every county is approaching this differently. Our condo is located in Tillamook County; officials reopened the ability to rent short-term vacation rentals on May 29. We chose not to reopen until July 7 to allow the virus more time to settle down, and to allow us more time to prepare for your arrival and to train our housekeeping staff on the County and CDC precautions.
Tillamook County Regulations
We must have names and contact information for each guest to provide contact tracing in the event of an outbreak.
We must contact you within 48 hours of your arrival to ask if anyone in your party had a fever, flu or cold symptoms in the last 10 days, or been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days; if so, your reservation must be rescheduled.
Guests must follow social distancing when outside the condo.
We must post COVID-19 CDC guidance in our unit.
We must provide a minimum 24-hour turnaround time between guests.
We must implement and adhere to Oregon Health Authority and CDC cleaning guidelines for best cleaning practices.
Our Commitment to You
Our cleaning staff will adhere to CDC guidelines by wearing appropriate PPE, and cleaning and disinfecting surfaces with an approved EPA disinfectant. We pay close attention to high-touch surfaces such as lockboxes, light switches, doorknobs, handles and cabinet surfaces, keyboards, bathroom fixtures, equipment screens, remote controls, coffee makers etc.
All linens will be changed out and laundered between guests, including pillow covers and mattress pads. If you use extra bed linens, please leave them out on the bed upon departure so they can be laundered. Please leave your used towels in a plastic bag in the bathtub; bags can be found in the hamper in the master bath.
We require 48 hours between guests. Our housekeeping staff will not enter the unit for 24 hours after guest departure. Staff will then clean the unit with doors and windows open, and another 24 hours will pass after the cleaning before we allow new guests to check in.
While masks are recommended, but not required to visit community businesses, we strongly encourage you to wear them to protect yourself and others. We will leave 4 masks in the unit for our guests to use if you forget your own. Please do not use them if you don’t need them as they are difficult to find.
We will have hand sanitizer for use during your stay; please do not take the container home.

Interaction with guests:Â Once reservations are finalized, we'll provide a code to the lock box outside the condo front door. The owners live over two hours away so will not be available on site. The owners will be available via phone, text or email during your stay. There is also an on-site property caretaker that can respond to facilities issues outside of the condo.
The condo is so well appointed - the owners seem to have thought of everything one might need to have a relaxing fun time at this gorgeous stretch of the Oregon Coast. We loved hearing the sound of the waves (heartbeat of the mighty Pacific Ocean), and thanks to suggestions from the owner also took full advantage of the great food at Hawk Creek Cafe and the little country store/deli on the condo property. Great place to escape to for a few days - we hope to be back.

A revitalizing retreat in Neskowin
Such a delight: a shared pot of tea or coffee on this cozy deck overlooking the tide as it reshapes the Hawk Creek entrance to the Pacific Ocean. Brisk sunny mornings in late October/early November are perfect for nearby beach walking, wave watching, and bird spotting. Even on soft or blustery rainy days, the views from the comfy window seats are ever-changing and intriguing. This comfortable, sparkling-clean condo is a treasure. We are already wondering how soon we can return.

The views are jaw dropping!
Unmatched in terms of the views of this private cove. The accommodations of this condo were comfortable and welcoming. The condo is on the 3rd landing, so if I could offer one word of advise, don't pack a lot of heavy luggage. :-)

Condo Nice, Complex Crowded
Let me say first that Steve and Vicki are great to work with and the condo is nice. They have made things nice for those who visit. The location is not quite as great. It is not just a quick jaunt out of the condo to the beach, as unless you want to wade into the water, you can't get to the beach without going around during the summer. The complex is good size and that means the beach is crowded. I just want people to be aware of the plusses and minuses. The condo is a plus, although it does get warm in the summer, but the complex is crowded and beach access is not always great.

As to having to wade through water, that is no longer the case. Mother nature re-routed the creek back to its natural streambed. The winter of 2019 brought a storm surge that moved A LOT of sand around and temporarily moved the creek out from under the bridge. Quick, and dry, access to the beach has been restored!

Perfect getaway
We were looking for a getaway a little outside the bustle of Lincoln city. This place is just perfect. Immaculately clean, very comfortable, every detail was thought of. The views are gorgeous, and the place is filled with light. The beds and linens are high quality. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Easy walk to the beach, a cafe, store and icecream truck. The owners are wonderful to work with, and we can't wait to book again.

A Dream
Sigh. Have been staying at Neskowin Condos for years but splurged on Shorewalk this time with my girlfriends who had never been to this special beach. Shorewalk was a dream of a place to stay: so comfy, so cute, so well appointed with everything one would need to enjoy a few days. The patios are adorable with potted plants and the coast's most magnificent views. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely, the living room cozy and finally, a kitchen with enough appliances/cookware to prepare nice meals. The owners are so responsive and so nice to work with. Overall perfection. They are truly sharing their own personal piece of paradise. How lucky are we?!

Delivered as promised
My wife and I just finished our eighth visit to the Central Oregon Coast and our fourth visit to Neskowin. This time we selected the Shorewalk Condo at Proposal Rock, primarily because of the property description and the previous positive reviews. I’m happy to report we had a great week in Neskowin and found the Shorewalk Condo comfortable, convenient, well stocked and the owners responsive. Everything was there including beach chairs for quiet time and a great view of the ocean. Neskowin is our favorite place on the Oregon Coast and the Shorewalk Condo proved to be a great place to stay.

Wonderful!!
We stayed here for 2 nights and loved every minute! The view was amazing. Our daughter and 4 yr old grandson joined us from Montana and the child loved the condo, especially the jetted bathtub! He called it "His pool" and invited us to join him. Restaurant and grocery store are close by and a disco/barbecue, but we didn't go there. Parking is easy and safe. We used the hide-a-bed one night and it was easy to set up and take down. We will definitely stay again. Steve and Vicki Walker were easy to contact and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
