A Wonderful Family Reunion Location!
We had a great family reunion here. The house was perfect size for us, and with our mixture of a few teen-agers and some toddlers, the house had amenities for the whole family. We enjoyed having two kitchens, and two different meeting spaces, sometimes we would be upstairs enjoying the view and sometimes downstairs doing crafts or watching a movie. We also enjoyed the garage game room. The small heard of dear that seamed to live next door was a nice unexpected bonus. Oh yeah: the beach and shopping is close enough to walk to. Steve (the owner) was very helpful and responsive. Thank you Steve!

Amazing
My family of 20 had so much room. We had a lot of fun in the house. The kids played on the playground. The hot tub was enjoyed by the adults. The beach wasn't too far. Everyone was really happy. We definitely will come back. Steve was really nice and helpful with everything. We were thankful.

Home great for kids!
This home is great for families, especially those with many kids. We felt that there was plenty of living space, tons of room for kids to play and it was very clean. We really enjoyed it here and will definitely be booking again. The deck has a gorgeous view of the ocean and it is such a short distance to the water. A 10 min walk or a 2 min drive. It is also extremely close to nearby stores for groceries that we forgot!

A place you can feel at home
The favorite features were the game room, hot tub, deck, great supplied kitchen, laundry and plenty of parking. All in all a wonderful location and a place you could feel at home. Thanks again!!

Better Than Expected!!
Upon arrival we did what everyone does, we peek in all the cupboards and closets to see what cookware/linens are available to us during our stay and to our pleasant surprise the owner had thought of everything :) From children’s booster high chairs to extra beds and even a stroller! There were children’s games and toys, 3 crockpots and plenty of pots and pans. The garage was a full game room that really made our littles happy :) It’s spacious and surprisingly sound proof! We had 4 kids running around like crazies and really didn’t hear much. The outdoor fire place, hot tub and play structure was also just what we needed for our Covid escape week :) They have an on demand hot water heater which was awesome when the 8 of us needed showers :). The only real issues we had with the property was the lack of locking doors (some have locks, but the doors still just open). When you can share a home with up to 20 people privacy is pretty important 😬 And the knives were all dull lol. I know, a silly thing to add to a review, but preparing meals with dull knives is harder than you’d think!
Over all we had a spectacular time, the owner is so kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend! We will absolutely be back again soon!

Enjoyable rental
We've been making an annual trip to this end of Lincoln City for 13 years staying at different houses. This was the best house as far as being spacious both inside and out. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, and the first house with a real yard for the kids to play in, not a cramped little strip between another house. The backyard (playground, sandbox, huge deck, and fireplace) and game room kept the kids from getting bored. The owner was easy to work with and the transaction was seamless. Double full kitchens were awesome for meal prep for a large group. The only drawback is it is a few blocks further from the beach than other places we have stayed, you can walk it, but ended up needing to figure out car rides most of the time, but it wasn't huge deal.

Great house for all ages
Our groups ages ranged from 3 to the 60's with teenagers too and there was something for everyone. The two car garage turned into a gaming room allowed for all the teens and adults to be playing foosball, air hockey, pool, or darts. The play area entertained the kids including some adult kids. The outdoor seating was fantastic with three tables and plenty of chairs. The outdoor fireplace was used for s'mores, of course, and a nice quiet place to sit and talk when the kids were in bed. The two kitchens provided a separate place for cooking meat as one person has allergies. The three frigs were all put to use since we ate most of our meals at the house. The house was clean and well cared for. The beach was about a 15-minute walk with tide pools being a short drive away. Stores were just down the hill. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after long days of fun.

Perfect for our family vacation
3 families total of 8 adults 1 youngster and a dog. The house was big enough that we were all comfortable. The hot tub was a big plus 4 us. Steve was easy to work with. All of us had a great time and enjoyed are stay

family friendly beach house
we enjoyed our stay, the house has two full kitchen which is perfect for a bigger group. the game room was stocked and lots of fun, the hot tub was clean and a perfect finish to a long walk on the beach.
This was our second time renting the house, we will diffidently be back again.

Perfect fit
The Ocean Overlook house on Port is ideal for our purposes. It's a roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet house in a convenient location with plenty of beds and parking space. The owner is personable, prompt to respond to any issues and professional to work with.
We will continue to rent this house whenever it is available for our twice a year needs. Thank you Steve
