Clothes washer, wi-fi, cable and wall heater in LR not working...these items had been also noted by previous guests, plus issue with Ants in the kitchen. Most businesses take responsibility for mess ups, ie poor service, lack of repairs etc. I have read many of your reviews (Vacasa) and I see NO ownership in these "mess ups". You gather info to provide a better experience for the next guest......HELLO, what about the current guest??? Pull units from the rental pool until maintenance has been completed!! You are false advertising your product and victimizing the consumer. Needless to say, this experience was NOT what I was looking for. Don't rent units that need repair AND compensate the guests that have paid full price and not received amenities as advertised. I sent this comment to Vacasa in Febuary and requested a response.....still waiting!! BTW, the view was amazing however, the directions were misleading and noisy from trucks on Hwy 101.
