We stayed at the Starboard, part of a house with direct and unencumbered access to the beach. We paid an off-season rate and it was fairly good value for money. The Helm is the larger, slightly more expensive part of the house and if you can afford it, well worth the extra cost (better view, larger rooms, overall better higher quality). The Starboard is small and suitable for a single or couple only. The kitchen is small and outfitted with basic, inexpensive items but no extras here. Bathroom was spacious and hot water was plentiful. The view and access to the beach are unbeatable. The rental agency was responsive (we had a problem with the heater and they came right away---may not be the same during high season as they attend to many units in the area). The internet router was located in the adjacent section of the house and the signal was not strong enough to reach us in the Starboard so, if internet is important. check with the rental agency to see if this has been fixed.
