This home has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 full bathroom and 1 1/2 Bathroom.
Just minutes walk to the OU Campus/Stadium, The Mont & Campus Corner this home has the prime location.
It was (2021) recently fully-remodeled including both bathrooms and a full kitchen remodel.
Note: The detached guest house behind the property is not included with this rental and my have separate guests staying in it. They will only use the back driveway, which is not included in this rental. The front driveway has parking for 4 cars.

Must be 25 or older to rent. There are to be NO PARTIES at this home. Any parties or large gatherings will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking inside the property.
The neighbored "Quiet Hours" are from 10PM to 8AM.
Parking should be in the front driveway. The back driveway is separate and for the detached guest house.
