The cabin is nice and spacious but it was dirty. Exterior was very dirty and was covered in straw and dirt. Upon arrival a dead bat was discovered hanging from the cabinets. Cobwebs were everywhere. The showers were dirty and had hair in them. The beds had hair in the sheets. We swept up alot of dog hair. The windows were dirty. There was a load of towels left in the washing machine from the last guests that were mildewed. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable.

This has been the worse experience we have ever had in Broken Bow. We travel several times a year and this was the first and last time we will use this company. 2 days prior to our arrival we got a call from the "Senior Property Manager" that we had to reschedule. The manager was extremely rude and I told him we were not going to reschedule and he hung up on me. Once we arrived the cabin was nasty. There was trash in the kitchen, the sheets still had hair from other people and the bathrooms were not clean. The hot tub smelled horrible and we were not able to use it. The pond does not have a living thing in it. It is nasty and you cannot even stay on the deck to fish due to the smell. We called several times to complain but no one answered all weekend. Once we checked out we were charged a pet fee for other cabins that walked there dog on our premises and when I called the manager he said that there is cameras that show the dog walking on our porch and even though it was not anyone from our cabin and we did not have a dog he had to charged the fee to clean the porch.... He also hung up on me again when I got upset and told him that we cannot control what other people in the area do with their dogs and where they lets there dogs wonder around too. They also have camera's all over the property which is very uncomfortable to be around. I would never stay with this rental company again.

This is my second time around and had a wonderful experience. I like the cleanliness of the place and how they are fully furnished right down to the wine bottle openers and plenty of fresh towels. We stayed there for 2 nights. I would recommend getting there during daylight hours as there is no cellular service just before you get to the cabins . Once there the wifi works fine. I would recommend thet they upgrade the outdoor grills to match the rest of the facility.

We stayed there over the July 4th holiday. There were 19 of us and the cabin was excellent. There are 3 levels, the cabin was large, very clean and well kept. We enjoyed it very much and didn't have any problems at all. You feel like you are in the middle of a forest, miles from anywhere except the neighboring cabins but you're only a few miles from lots of activities. There are other cabins on each side and across the street but they were not a problem. I suspect the entire addition is mainly rentals. All you need to bring is your food, drinks and your personal items, everything else is provided. It was extremely peaceful drinking my morning coffee on the back balcony before everyone got up.The only suggestion I could possibly make would be to have at least one lower bed. My mother in law is in here 80's and couldn't get in the tall beds, but she made out fine on the couch in the livingroom. I would not hesitate to stay there again; it's an excellent cabin.

Did not even get our Trip booked. My wife called and spoke on the phone to a gentlemen named "Kevin" which claims he is the owner. He was very rude and told my wife that everything was online and to go look there for booking. She had some simple questions as the calendar online was not working. He would not take the time to entertain even a simple question and told her to go book somewhere else. I called him back and received the same treatment. No owner would treat someone like this. I would never book through Broken Bow Adventures, and would not wish it on my worst enemy. What a horrible experience!

We stayed with family for the long Memorial Day weekend. It's an awesome cabin. Lots of room inside and the outside spaces are wonderful. Lots of chairs and three levels of decks. There is a picnic table by the hot tub and 2 gas grills. Hot tub was wonderful. The cabin is loaded with kitchen pans, utensils, crockpot... everything we needed. We typically have to bring more of that type thing for a group. We did bring coolers for our drinks and left them on the deck and this worked perfectly. Definitely will come back. Everybody loved it.

For the amount of money we paid, I believe it should have been in a little better condition. Remotes were low on batteries, as well as the constantly beeping smoke alarm. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work (maintenance/housekeeping ladies said they had told the owner several times about this). All of the shower drains are stained with what looks like mildew (although showers were very clean-also mentioned to owner on several other occasions). The Pool table is HORRENDOUS....tears, stains, uneven. The advertised "fishing pond" is terrible. We didn't even go down there to try. It was an odd color, and smelled. The bbq is set up Right next to the hot tub, and the tile in front of it is also in front of the step that leads into the hot tub (very slippery...I fell and hit my head on the step-I am fine though). I feel for the money we spent, we shouldn't have to do all of the clean up required by the full page request on the refrigerator. And the floors need a good thorough steam cleaning...all of our socks were stained the first night from walking on them. The UP side to this cabin...it is very spacious, well stocked with most items. The area is gorgeous and quiet. The fire pit area is a little unlevel, but very spacious as well as are all of the balconies and porches.

The living, kitchen and backdoor balcony area that leads down to the barbecue pit and the private pond are the attractive spots in this cabin. The kitchen was fully furnished with all that one would require to assist cooking(we just had to get our groceries and thats it). The living area was able to fit the entire crowd and to party hard. Satellite and internet connection were flawless during our stay. Kids in the group had so much fun in the loft above and below.Bedrooms were cozy enough. The surrounding was pleasant enough and peaceful. Bunker beds in the loft were actually moving a bit and I guess the management needs to check on the supporting frames for the upper bed. Pool table was fun to play but the cues weren't great. We didnt get chance to work on the grill and hottub coz we had used those at the lovers den(we rented 2 cabins Green Manor and lovers den for our group). It was an amazing experience overall and would definitely do again while recommend it to friends as well.

We came here for a vacation and at the first look of the cabin, it is very impressive with very well organized. The cabin was big enough to stay 18 people and has very big living room. Enjoying playing Billards and very nice fishing pond view. This place is very near to Broken Bow state park.

he cabin was clean and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and other amenities. The check-in is easy as you just drive up to your cabin and walk-in! We would most definitely use again!
