My husband and I, and our dogs, stayed at Pinewood Cabin of the Marsh Hollow Cabins, and it was just perfect! The cabin was nice, cozy and very clean. When we first entered the cabin, we were greeted by light jazz music that was playing. This cabin is so lovely with its log walls and a big picture window that frames a beautiful view of the property. A part of that view is a nice tree which has a bird feeder hanging from it, to the birds’ delight. We enjoyed seeing lots of Chickadees, some Tufted Titmouse and Nuthatches, to mention a few. The large porch is a beautiful place to hang out. There is a huge open yard where our dogs could run, and wonderful long paths to hike, in the woods on the hillside! Walking along the road by the cabin was also beautiful because of the fall foliage. Then in the evening we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit, (wood provided) as well as some time relaxing in the hot tub. There were nice robes that we used to stay warm when getting out of the hot tub, as the evenings were quite brisk. The horses next door looked beautiful out grazing in their field. Yes, everything was just delightful. And we had perfect weather too! I highly recommend any of the Marsh Hollow Cabins! We look forward to going back!

Great little place in the woods. Clean, close to Hocking Hills. The air mattress had a leak, and they where quick to get us a replacement! Hot tub was definitely a plus after a day of hiking.

Came here with my girlfriend of 2 years, left with a fiancé. The cabin is beautiful, clean and has everything you can imagine. Great views and a lovely hot tub to relax in. Had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back again!

the perfect getaway spot. And just what we needed. when we arrived and settled in we were in awe! such beautiful surroundings with all the fall colors in the trees just popping out at you while enjoying a cup of coffee/beer on the deck. Our 2 dogs (zoey & charlie brown) just loved it!!! " Remember, Its your responsibility to keep an eye on your pets!." the title of my review says it all. we loved it and will definitely be coming back but for a much longer stay. when we were packing up to leave we noticed that the car had a flat tire. John was such a great help and a very nice and understanding guy while we made phone calls to get the tire fixed/repair shop. I cannot stress enough about about the beauty of the area and being responsible. and respecting thier property.

We absolutely fell in love with Pinewood! Stunning property with the whole cabin aesthetic. We truly can't wait to come back. Best honeymoon spot ever!!

Everything was as advertised except the rain. It was very peaceful and pleasant. We had no issues with the rental.

Me, my husband, and 2 coonhounds stayed 2 nights. Everything was clean, cozy, easy accessible. Instructions from the manager were clear. Load fans just like the fans are so ear muffs for the night is advised 🤭. Plenty of room for dogs to run outside. Tub was clean and hot. We enjoyed our stay. Keep in mind racoons come at night so do not put any trash outside. Definitely recommend this cabin for small family or a couple for cozy stay.

The setting was very beautiful and peaceful. However, on Saturday morning we were disappointed when we attempted to use the oven. We hoped to bake biscuits for breakfast but when we opened the oven door, we found cooked bacon hanging from the racks left there by the previous guest. This left us wondering how well the cabin had actually been cleaned prior to our arrival. This was especially disconcerting due to COVID.

perfect, beyond our imagination. The setting is spectacular and the cabin is super clean and very cozy. Will definitely return.

My husband and I last visited this cabin 14 years ago right after we got engaged. Our memories were so lovely. We decided to bring our boys, ages 6 and 8. We had a speculator time! It was as great as we remember. The boys loved the field to hit golf balls. We took the trail loop on the property and found the “treasures.” Thank you for more lovely memories! We look forward to our return.
