Nigel the host was warm, friendly and most hospitable, from welcome to after our departure. The EcoHut itself was comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 boys under 10yrs, as well as their grandmother who visited for a night. Note there is no WiFI/TV in the EcoHut and waterless toilets (which worked very well). Great hot water. Small kitchen had just about everything. Beautifully located in the national park with lovely walks and lookouts right outside your door. Great outdoor (and indoor) games and equipment for these (tennis, basketball, bocce, table tennis ...). The bedroom downstairs gets quite cold even when the rest of the EcoHut is (very) warm and toasty so bring some water bottles. We strongly recommend this accommodation.

High in The Blue Mountains
My sons and I enjoyed three full days and two nights in the Blue Mountains. We were very well hosted by Nigel in his comfortable wilderness seclusion. We stoked an evening fire, grilled dinner, played cards and slept soundly. If ecology is your game, know that Nigel has taken every effort to preserve and protect nature on his property. Our home away from home was very clean and comfortable. We would do all again. Thanks Nigel!

Mum's surprise 80th
Our family of 17 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 2 lodges & studio for 3 nights. Nigel & Tony were excellent hosts; cooking & serving us a beautiful meal on one of the nights in the large recreation/lounge/dining room that was separate to the accommodation. We enjoyed cooking up a storm in the commercial kitchen with every imaginable cooking necessity, apart from the food, on one of the other nights. Our teenage family members made use of all the indoor games as well as the basket ball & tennis courts. We all enjoyed the bushwalking tracks on the property as well as the close proximity to other spectacular walking tracks. The lodges were well designed & cosy with both log fires & gas heaters. Will definitely look at making this a regular family meeting place. Absolute value for money.

Perfect weekend yoga retreat
recently hosted a yoga retreat in this incredible spot and was so impressed by the cosy Eco-cottages (each with a fireplace!), beautiful yoga space and delicious food. In our spare time we enjoyed bushwalking with some spectacular views and relaxing by the fireplace in the lodge. Our hosts Nigel and Tony were so warm and helpful - I plan to return again soon!
