We had a great family get together in Napton staying in 2 units here. The rooms were immaculately presented and very clean with lovely little touches like fresh flowers. The essentials were all covered like pepper and salt! The owners were very accommodating and were able to answer any questions we had about the locality.

We are currently staying at the Granary with our 2 children (6 and 9). The granary is lovely. Spacious, impeccably clean and so well presented. Also has so many items included that you don’t need to bring, such as towels, toiletries, dishwasher tablets , cleaning items, milk etc. Very wet day at Warwick castle yesterday and back to a lovely bath . What’s great is there is a huge walk in shower too downstairs. Rita and the dogs have us a warm welcome and we could quite happily live here!

Whether you are visiting, working in the area, or just passing through, Napton Fields Holiday Cottages is the place to stay. The cottages, including the Granary where my wife and I stayed, are modern, luxurious with all the amenities, set in a serene farm environment with wonderful views of grazing horses in the paddock. Rita always provides a warm welcome and makes sure that you lack for nothing. Great value.

This is the place to stay if you want to feel like you are coming home - which is just how we felt last month when we drove down the tidy tree-lined lane to Rita’s farm with its immaculate Granary guest house. It is hard to call this a cottage - two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Kitchen (fully stocked) super comfy queen sized bed. It has all the comforts of home without the worries! Rita and Chris are super hosts. Thanks again for the thoughtful TLC.

Clean, modern and user friendly. Booked all three cottages for our daughters wedding. Rita very helpful but discreet. Felt very relaxed and perfect for all the preparations. Very accessible from Ladbroke, good parking. Would highly recommend.

I booked all 3 cottages at Napton Fields Farm for our daughters wedding. We only live a couple of miles away but we wanted our entire bridal party to be together throughout the run up to the big day and have enough space to relax with the madness of make up artists, hairdressers etc. Rita was an absolute star,always around if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The cottages are all so fresh and clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and everyone said they felt so relaxed even on the morning of the wedding as we had so much room to get ready and then chill. Even though we only live down the road, I know we'll be booking again, I seriously can not recommend it highly enough.

My husband and I booked The Granary for our daughter, son-in-law and 3 children, The Stable for us and The Cart for our other daughter, son-in-law and baby for the Easter weekend to celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary. Rita was so welcoming and accommodating. The 2 oldest children (6 and 4) were able to help feed the lambs with Rita, whilst we were there. The accommodation was clean, very well and tastefully decorated, very well equipped and we all had a wonderful time there. We would all recommend any of the 3 "cottages" to friends.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The Granary is in a lovely rural location with horses in the fields. Very spacious throughout, clean, warm and we had a comfortable nights sleep. We would definitely like to rebook.

The Granary is a superbly converted barn that my wife and I rented located near Southam, about 15 minutes from Leamington Spa. Rita was there to give us a warm welcome when we arrived, made sure we got settled and within a few minutes, made us feel like we were home. I love to cook and had all I needed to prepare meals for my wife and I, and on those nights that we chose not to cook, there were plenty of great pubs within a 5-10 minute drive. Views of grazing horses was an added bonus to an already serene environment. If you are visiting the area or just driving though, this is the place to stay.

Impressed with openess of host to share thier beautiful property including fruit from thier trees. Very comfortable for two couples and everything that one needs to cook. Close to great walks, pubs and interesting sites.
