I have stayed at The Bay several times and found the resort as lovely as ever. The accommodation was nice and clean and Craig had left biscuits and milk for us. The heating was brilliant and we needed it during our stay. The only downside was the there wasn’t a shower curtain in the main bathroom so everyone had to use my en-suite and also we couldn’t use the indoor swimming pool as the white card for entry was missing. All in all a nice apartment in a very nice location.

The apartment is on a purpose built holiday village, it was lovely, perfect for the 4 of us. The onsite pool was great for our teenage kids and we were able to go to the pub while they ad a swim. The kitchen was well equiped, bit disappointed the washing machine wasn't working though. Comfy beds and the 2 bathrooms was handy. there is great access to a quiet section of the beautiful sandy beach, spent most days there. easy walk along the beach to the town of Filey which is lovely, found a lovely little traditional cafe called The Pines which we would recommend. Beach is dog friendly and theres a nice cafe a short walk to the right along the beach. Whitby, Scarbourgh were great days out. Girls loved the water park in Scarbourgh. Harry's American diner and the Piebalb inn were great places to eat. Brilliant holiday would come again.

The Bay Filey is a great place to stay if you have dogs. Lovely and clean and a short walk to the beach. Our apartment was lovely although it does need a little tlc. The cleaning company also needs changing as they are not very good. Really enjoyed our stay and will definately return

Usually visit the bay twice per year. Never disappointed. Always spotless and a really dogfriendly break.

Another great holiday in this lovely apartment. The location is great in a quiet area of the Bay. Our dogs love the wild flower meadow walks and the beach. The apartment is beautifully equiped and a comfy home from home. Access to Bridlington and Scarborough is easy and fast but the beach walk into Filey is the best of all.

Lovely apartment. Lovely area. meadows have shrunk due to lodges being built. Also walking to beach have to walk on the road near the pub area and along .

We had a good stay here, been in other apartments on The Bay before , this is bigger and en suite shower and toilet in main bedroom, which is great. The thing that let's some of these down is the saggy old sofas. Just not comfortable enough for us oldies. Having said that ,it is the only thing really that stops me giving 5 stars for this one. It is well equipped, and lovely comfortable bed with nice bedding.

We had a fantastic stay at 5 Woodspring Way. The flat is very comfortable and was very clean on arrival. Communication was great with Craig. We had a brilliant stay and love the bay, We would definitely like to return and come back to 5 Woodspring Way again.

As a previous reviewer stated the photos of this apartment do not do it justice, the apartment is fantastic and has everything you need. The location is also great for visiting local places such as Whitby, Scarborough, Pickering or Filey. The Bay site itself is quiet and clean and the local beach is lovely and there was a field on the doorstep to walk the dog. Chris the owner provided perfect communication throughout and I cannot recommend this place enough.
