This beautiful modern maisonette over 2 floors is situated in Mill Hill road has views over Cowes & the Solent and within comfortable walking distance of marinas. The accommodation is of a modern high standard & well-presented throughout, the top floor comprises of 2 bedrooms : 1 double or twin with ensuite shower room and balcony with views to the Solent.
1 twin with ensuite cloakroom (wc & hand basin).
The 1st floor comprises of a good sized bathroom with shower above complete with screen, wide hallway leading to the good sized lounge which has TV, dinning table & sofa bed, which leads into the well equipped kitchen.
Outside is a paved garden with outdoor furniture & BBQ, and there is off-road parking for one car.

Lovely stay on IOW for August Bank Holiday. Accommodation excellent and very warm welcome from owner Graham. Lots of amenities nearby inc Aldi at top of hill and very good Chinese takeaway at bottom of hill. Also excellent restaurants nearby. Lots to do and see...More

The apartment is very modern with quality in everything from decor to wine glasses and crockery. Spotlessly clean, en suites were both well laid out and the view from the master bedrooms down to the yachts sailing was lovely to get up to first thing...More

The apartment was beautifully maintained, modern, well equipped, and well located. Ideal for two couples or a family. The owner had left lots of useful information about the use of appliances etc. which was so important for us as Canadian equipment is very different. Also...More
