The large front door gives access into the open-plan living area,the vaulted ceilings with original exposed beams are a pleasant surprise on any first visit. The lounge/kitchen/diner has been configured well into the space with a raised lounge area offering large sofas and armchair that front the free-standing wood burner,with wooden floors and large picture windows that bring in the natural light and offer views over the countryside. The dining table will easily accommodate six guests and takes centre stage within this large room. The kitchen area is set to the side,contemporary in style and well-equipped with electric oven and hob,microwave,fridge/freezer,dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Step down into the hallway which will give access to a king-size bedroom,a peaceful retreat with large windows offering views onto the open fields,there is an en-suite shower and WC. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Continue up the stairs where you will find a twin room set within the eaves,with small shuttered windows offering stunning views. There is also a mezzanine on this floor that looks over the living space a great place to escape with a good book. Step outside and enjoy breakfast on the patio,with a table and chairs and BBQ just perfect for dining. The views across to the Black Mountains will take your breath away whatever the time of year,the garden is enclosed. There is off-road private parking for two cars. More
