Take a canoe trip down the River Wye at Symond's Yat or explore the world famous book town of Hay on Wye and take in the border castles. Market towns of Chepstow, Leominster, Ludlow, Ledbury, Monmouth and ross are all worth a visit and the forest of Dean is a short drive from the fam. Nearer are the splendid churches of Dore Abbey and Kilpeck and guests could alwas try the famous Cider Trail around Herefordshire's nine working cider farms.
