About the neighborhood
We are only a mile and a half from the beach, and two miles from the beautiful New Forest, so if it's wonderful walks, perfect views, or you just want to relax, you've found the right place. But if you want to do some exploring, historic Christchurch is only 5 miles away, with its beautiful Priory, Norman ruins, where you can hire boats or go crabbing.
The pretty villages of Burley and Brockenhurst are only a short drive away. For motor cycle enthusiasts, the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum is just round the corner, and if 4 wheels is more your choice, there is Beaulieu Motor Museum only half an hour away. Lymington is a short drive of 7 miles, where there is an outstanding Saturday market and, of course, the ferry to the Isle of Wight.
