The bedroom includes a brand new standard size double bed with ample wardrobe space and chests of drawers.
The bathroom is new and includes a toilet, bath with a Mira electric shower.
Set in a very quite cul de sac on the outskirts of Western Fareham and situated within a few km to Titchfield Abbey and surrounding countryside.
Fareham is geographically situated between two major historic cities of Portsmouth and Southampton.
All shopping amenities including Indian and Chinese Restaurants are within walking distance of your holiday let.

You will receive a friendly service on your arrival and during your stay. Tea, coffee, bread and milk will be available on arrival for your holiday. We are always available for assistance on where to go and things to do. Your keys will be handed to you on arrival in person. Any special requirements we will try to accommodate for you prior to your holiday. A family Dog could possibly be suitable for a short Holiday break, unfortunately, there is not an enclosed garden for your dog as the property only has the one front entrance as shown in the photos. We have a communal green and a ring road for Dog walkers around our estate. Our local park is just 2mins by car. Unfortunately, your dog cannot be left unattended in the property at any time

About the neighborhood
Semi-rural and surrounded by open countryside.
The historic Titchfied Abbey is approx 2 km and goes back to the Norman Conquest and beyond.
Shakespeare was also a visitor to the Abbey and he also taught at a School near by which is now a Cottage.
There are many beaches locally approx 6km and overlooking The Solent and Isle of Wight.
Other places of amazing interest are:-
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, including HMS Victory, Mary Rose and HMS Warrior the first Iron clad Warship of the 1860 period approx 15km
The New Forrest to the west of Fareham and Southampton is an area of real outstanding natural beauty about 20km away and not to be missed on your tour.
All these places to visit are highly recommended by the Hampshire tourist board.
Getting around
Train Stations, Bus routes are all within walking distance and Taxi companies are in abundance.
Connections to the isle of wight are only 9km from fareham from the histotic town of Gosport via a short ferry ride were you will board a catamaran service to Ryde, this fast jet ride will only take you just 15 mins out of Portsmouth harbour and across the Solent.
Alternatively, there is a car ferry service from old Portsmouth to the isle of wight and a chance to see many of the historic sights as you leave old Portsmouth harbour and sail across this very famous stretch of water where the Mary Rose was raised 437 years ago.
