The spacious lounge offers plenty of seating, a dining table with four chairs, an electric stove-style fire, TV with freeview, Netflix, DVD /Blueray player and selection of dvds available, as well as books and games The private garden to the front offers outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sunset, as well as a gas BBQ for outdoor dining should you wish (PLEASE ASK) There is plenty of on road parking as well as space round the back of the property for easy loading and unloading.     Great location and very comfortable

    Very good contact with owner and great base for Bexhill and surrounding area. were blessed with great weather and the beach being just over the road was excellent. Easy walk to restaurants and Bexhill attractions and close to transport options for visiting further afield.
