Beds: 1 x double, 1 x twi, 1 x bunk beds (adult size). Accommodation Ground floor: Living area: three-seater sofa, two-seater sofa, armchair. Wood-burner. Kitchen: dining table, eight chairs, electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Cloakroom: WC and hand basin. First floor: Master bedroom: double bed, Ensuite: shower, WC and hand basin. Bedroom 2: twin beds. Ensuite: shower, WC and hand basin. Bedroom 3: twin beds Bedroom 4: bunk beds. (Adult size.) Family bathroom: bath with hand-held shower, WC and hand basin. Entertainment: digital TV, DVD player, iPod speakers/docking station. Book and games. For Families: travel cot and highchair are provided but are used at guests' own risk and may be removed at any time without prior warning if deemed unsafe to use by the owner. Outside: lawned garden. (Not secure for children or dogs.) Garden furniture and barbeque. Storage for bikes. Parking: off-road parking for two cars. General: WiFi. Bed linen, towels and all energy costs are included. Central heating, underfloor heating, wood-burning stove. A small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival November-March. No smoking. Pets: pets welcome. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: the parking area is shared at this property and that there is STRICTLY parking for 2 vehicles only. Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. A peaceful retreat
We booked Stocks Studio for the week to celebrate a family birthday and had all of our grown up children come to stay. The property was maintained to a high order and was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. There was a large kitchen/diner, large living room, lovely garden with a table and chairs to sit out in and all of the bedrooms were commodious with two of them having en suites. The Wyfi coverage was a bit slow but suspect that is the same throughout the village. Had a really enjoyable and relaxing week and would recommend the house to anyone wanting the same,
