The large open plan sitting room has a tranquil ambiance complemented by a log burning stove and 50' 'Smart' TV. Most rooms, have direct outside access. The fully equipped kitchen has mirrored quartz worktops, new ceramic hob, Miele oven, Smeg dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Rear bedrooms lead out to a professionally landscaped and decked outdoor living space in which to enjoy that glass of wine after a long day on the beach - where you have unlimited use of the Beach Hut - look out for the one painted like a Union Jack! Well behaved pets are very welcome, but the owner does, of course, accept full responsibility.
A fab find. Beautiful, spacious, clean accommodation. Owners very helpful. Tea, coffee, milk all supplied. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Added bonus of the beach hut. Highly recommend this for a break away. Will return.

Such a lovely place
We couldn’t fault Saltwater. Everything was just perfect and Karen could not have been kinder towards us.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!! Wonderful accommodation, great location, bonus of the beach hit not to mention the guidance from the wonderful owner. They went above and beyond not ensure our stay was a happy one . The house itself was so clean, beds fantastic and wonderful to have 3 bathrooms. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Amazing short break
Wow what can we say!! Such an amazing cottage so comfortable and homely and luxurious at the same time! Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. The hosts go above and beyond to help with any questions you may have . We have loved our stay so much, the cold weather didn’t matter at all as there is still so many wonderful places to visit and some amazing places to eat!

Lovely mini break pre Christmas season
We love North Norfolk & we love the house. First time visiting for a long time, but still lovely.
Didn’t get much exploring done, due to the storm, however, had a very nice time regardless.

Superb spot for relaxing north coast break
The property is meticulously clean and well presented.
Lots of home comforts and even a personalised welcome pack.
Plenty of room to relax and three showers facilities made it very easy for all of our group to get ready of an evening.
We (4A / 2C plus one labradoodle) very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.
One thing that would have benefited us though was swapping out the wine rack for a more coat space in the kitchen! However, I'm not sure many other visitors would prefer coats hooks over wine bottles!

Very comfortable house with beach hit bonus!
Very comfortable stay, well equipped with fabulous beds and showers! Huge super king bed in the master bedroom. Lovely garden and parking for two cars, one in front of the other. Short walk to chip shop and Chinese takeaway. Five minutes walk to the centre of Burnham Market.
Added bonus of being able to use the owner’s beach hit at Wells-next-the-sea, a must visit if you’ve never been. Sat drinking a glass of bubbly on beach hut veranda watching the world go by- perfect!

Our Favourite UK Holiday Destination
This is now our 3rd (maybe 4th!) time at Saltwater. We’re not usually the sort of people that stay in the same place more than once but Saltwater is definitely an exception! It’s ideally placed to go to all the local ‘hotspots’ and the beach hut is fabulous.
The accommodation itself really is 5* quality, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Norfolk.
If I win the lottery, I’m making the owners an offer!!!

Relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable and well catered for stay
Such a lovely property, so well thought out, comfortable and relaxing. Burnham Market is enchanted, the beach hut a real joy. Lovely part of the Country. So much to do and see.
Recommend Holkham Hall, beach, Holt country Park and Wells next The Sea with the added joy of the beach Hut. Wiverton Hall cafe is a treat and also enjoyed Creake Abbey.
Socious In Burnham Market served excellent food and offered great service. Cocktails were lovely.
You need to arrive at the beach early, not only for a car parking space but to avoid the queue at the parking paystations.
Thoroughly recommend this accommodation and area.

Burnham Market is a perfect base to discover the countless attractions of North Norfolk. There are many places to visit in the local area including historic Creake Abbey, Holkham Hall and Burnham Thorpe where Lord Nelson was born. All are just minutes drive away, as are the famous beaches of Holkhm and Wells-Next-The-Sea - where guests have use of our Beach Hut. Wildlife is also a very important feature - see hundreds of seals at Blakeney Point and see thousands of birds all along the local coast, the spring and autumn mass V-shaped migrations are an amazing sight! The Burnham Market area has several top quality restaurants, pubs and cafes. It is also a shopping Mecca! With not a major chain store in sight!! the quality and variety of the local shops is well renowned.
