Sleeping 6 plus cots all bedrooms have memory foam superking size beds (zip and link beds allow singles in bedroom 2 & 3) that offer flexibility for different partys. A small family run business is settled in the rolling hills of south Cumbria close to the historic market town of Ulverston. Many eco featurs are offered from the construction, log burning stove and natural products throughout all home comforts are catered for. About the neighborhood
Newland historic village nestled between the cobbled town of Ulverston and Cumbrias rolling mountains. The valley overlooks the southern estuary in one direction and kirkby moore on the other. Enjoy a mornings walk over the hill to Ulverstons famous monument or visit the only Laurel and Hardy museum in the world. The southern coastline is visable in the distance easily rached by foot or a trip along the steam railway from Haverthwaite will take you to the shores of Windemere and lakes cruises. Many just enjoy the view from the cabin and cosy days infront of the log burner with views of deer, buzzards, badger and kite from the coverd varandah. Enjoy many festival locally Dickensian festival each November, Walking festival, Lantern Procession September, Ulverston parade and many chistmas markets throughout the county.

A car is recommended you are in easy reach of many of the lakes attractions, coast, lakes, villages and historic houses.
