Howgills Apartments comprises a self catering ground floor apartment offering 2 doubles and 2 x 4 bunk bed rooms and 4 separate 2 bedroom apartments connected via an internal hall.
The Guest House (07 & 08) lounge & dining area serves as a meeting room for others if multiple apartments are booked out as sole occupancy. We will take individual room bookings within the last 4 weeks before arrival date. Comfortable beds, leather settees and full range of cooking equipment provides everything you need to self cater or use the Take Away Indian, Italian or Chinese or Fish&Chip shops in Town. Excellent choice of 3 quality pubs.

About the neighborhood
Good small market town with pubs, restaurants, cafes and takeaways along with Book shops. We have the enviable position of being just 5 minutes from the M6 Motorway Junction 37 and yet immediately accessible to stunning countryside set with the Howgill Fells adjacent to the properties.
Getting around
You really can visit anywhere locally by some lovely walks and a bike can take you to some more distant places. Vehicle transport of some form is best required though for visiting either deeper into the Lakes or Dales although there are many public transport options available after driving to Kendal.

From M6 junction 37, drive 4 miles into Sedbergh and turn left just before the Dalesman Inn. 100 yards at crossroads, turn right into Bainbridge Road and travel along there for 200 yards until you can turn right in to an entrance taking you behind the Bainbridge Court building where your car parking spaces are marked out.
