There are too many benefits to count for this property. Excellent for a girls trip, family vacation, or couples. We rented two separate condos in the Tao Residential for a large family trip. From the start Vitalie was a communicative and accomodating host and his rental package was SO DETAILED. I really appreciated being able to plan our stay ahead of time with the all great information he provided me about access to the Bahia Principe resort. We spend many days on the resort and it was wonderful to have our own condo, with all the ammenities of the resort at our doorstep. Dos Chicas property management were beyond professional, and they commicated with us in an efficient and friendly manner throughout the duration of our trip. The condo was clean and well laid out. We spent many nights on the beautiful balcony among the trees. The architexture of this place is such that you are in the jungle, we loved it. The Tao Wellness Centre is stunning and was a frequent stop on our vacation, the smoothies are delicious and ample.

We Loved TAO and would highly recommend this apartment. We have been to the other properties at this resort and loved them all. They all have their nice little touches that make each one special. The TAO is definitely a step up. We bought all inclusive bracelets with the owner’s discount, which was great. The service the food at SIAN KAAN buffet which is the closest is the best and very well presented. The staff are amazing and treat you like royalty. If you are a beach person you would be better off staying at Tulum which however is less upscale then TAO and much less spacious. The efficient tram system makes the distance to the beach unimportant; unless you need an ocean view. Internet was free at TAO center (very fast and the closest to our apartment) and also at SIAN KAAN, but much slower. Certainly good enough to keep in touch with home. Buffet was very good.....we actually preferred it to the Maiko restaurant at SIAN KAAN. Alux was very good as well.There is a separate beach area with private bar for SIAN KAAN only, so we used it. The sand on the beach is outstanding with occasional rocks in the water so you may want to bring water shoes.There is a lot of surf and they have put in manmade rocks to help keep the waves down. Sian Ka'an has a private beach section with a full bar I heard that the service there was exceptional!
