Villa Pacifica is located at the private, ultra-luxurious community of Punta Mita in the Riviera Nayarit, just 1 hour from Puerto Vallarta airport. The Five-Bedroom beachfront property designed by renowned architect Pepe de Yturbe is perched on Ranchos Estates.
Offers the ultimate in privacy, extensive indoor-outdoor living areas. Highlights each of the outdoor spaces like the courtyard with tall, luscious royal palm trees. The dining room and living room are ample and merge wonderfully with the outdoors. Fully equipped kitchen, pool and jacuzzi with pool beds, an expansive panoramic view to the ocean from the garden terrace with a fire pit and private beach access. Is fully staffed with 24-hour service to delight our guests and to tend to every request.

Amazing vacation
Our stay at Villa Pacifica was incredible. Communication with Claudia, before we arrived, was thorough to ensure that all needs were met for a flawless trip. The home is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. Every single meal was delicious. There was truly no need to leave the house. We cannot wait to return!

Most Epic Vacation Ever! Exceeded all expectations for my 40th birthday Celebration
We had the absolute best time ever!
This is the type of vacation that is planned our 3-6 months in advance. Claudia, the house manager, reached out to me several times prior to arrival and asked for my guests names, guests assigned rooms, dietary restrictions etc. all of this pre planning to cultivate a seamless stay. The chef worked with our preferences to customized breakfast lunch and dinners. The pre planning and communication that went in prior to arrival made me very comfortable going into this trip.
The villa itself is stunning and speaks for itself, the views you wake up to are some of the best on earth, but the staff is what brings the magic! They all made it so very special! I wish I could visit this Villa every year for the rest of my life. They remember everyone’s names, they are two steps ahead of you. Jesus, Pablo, Dani are able to make all the drinks you can imagine. You wake up to the coffee or espresso of your choice, they know what you like to drink by the pool. They anticipate your needs- this luxury ! Alex, from the staff even organized some fun games for us to enjoy some friendly competition! From start to finish this weekend was truly magical. It does not get better than this - 5 stars!
If you are thinking of booking this villa, do it immediately. We stayed there for our friends 40th birthday and everything was perfect. The location is stunning, in particular the main suite has breathtaking views.The staff are so kind and engaged - they cater to your every need so you are never without a drink, something delicious to eat, or a fun group activity to get involved in. We didn’t lift a finger the whole trip. The food was delicious and the staff were excellent at catering to different dietary needs.
The decorations and table settings for every meal were also beautiful. Eating dinner under the moonlight next to the waves crashing was such a unique experience. We all gave this villa 5 stars and would not hesitate to return!

Superb customer service!
If you are looking for the perfect location, and for an outstanding staff with the unique ability to basically read your mind, then you have found the right spot. I have to tell you that Pablo, Rolando, Jesús, Erik, and Alex knew exactly what we needed before we even knew what it was we needed. Before we could ask for something or before an event came-up, they had everything handled, which made it effortless for us to disconnect and relax.
You need to look no further for the ideal vacation spot.

Heaven on earth!
Villa pacifica was amazing!!! Every single detail was more than what I had in mind!!!

Gorgeous beachside location, amazing staff, delicious meals
Wow. Just wow. Beautiful house, meticulously taken care of. Staff on premises all times of day. All meals cooked and cleaned up by the staff. Food was top notch, in fact, we cancelled all dining reservations to just stay at the house, chill, and eat. Good beach access, hosts went above and beyond (planned a piñata party for the kids, a scavenger hunt, and a cooking session with the chefs). Over the top- just the way we like it :-). Thanks to the Claudias, and the chefs (Santiago, Jesus, and the rest of the team)!
