This Farmhouse is the first framed structure erected between Toronto and Belleville. This house has a wrap around verandah facing the lake and the beach. The wide plank pine floors are 200 years old. The kitchen is still located on the lower level as it was originally. The living room is also on the lower level which is actually street level and faces the beach. The foundation is built of beach stones. There are three entrances to this home and it also has an acre of landscaped backyard.
