At an elevation of 4,000 ft., the High Hope cabin sits in the Smokey Mountains, surrounded by the sights and sounds nature. Newly built on 13.6 secluded private acres, the cabin can comfortably accomodate eight people in two bedrooms, and an additional large loft room. Though peacefully separate from the bustling sounds of civilization, the immediate area offers a wide array of activites, such as skiing, theatre, arts, music and casinos; in addition to all the necessary accomodations. Enjoyed staying 5 days at High Hope Mountain Cabin. Upon walking in you just felt welcomed & at home. Everything you needed was there, just bring your food & personal items. Meet Mr. Frank and enjoyed the visit with him.

Second time this year we have stayed at High Hope and again it was wonderful! Once again the owners, Mr. & Mrs. C. were so warm and welcoming. Everything you need is in the cabin! So bring your food, drink, and fishing poles and enjoy and relax!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!

lost reservation by owner had to wait while house was cleaned quickly beading placed on beds while still damp, owner knows nothing of communication problems( wifi passwords, tv etc) house was as describe set back up in mountains hidden in woods over all nice house road rough getting up to house close to everything ( wal-mart 6 miles) downtown Waynesville...

Renter showed up before noon but check-in time is 4:00 PM. House was ready in about an hour. Bedding came from linen closet and could not have been damp. I'm 88 and guilty of minimal computer knowledge. Road was recently paved and has no bumps or potholes although connecting abandoned logging roads are virtually impass-able. Driver beware! There is a $60 cleaning fee for each rental. Additionally, a $250 security and damage deposit is required at the time of reservation, to be returned within 30 days after departure. County and State tax of 11% of rental charge. Cancellation policy: deposit refunded with 30 days notice, after that deposit refunded if new renter secured for canceled dates.

Rent must be paid in full two weeks before arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Sorry, the cabin is not available for Christmas or Easter. Check-in is 4:00PM and Check-out is 11:AM. Exceptions can be made if possible.

Located approximately 30 miles southwest of Asheville, Waynesville sits nestled between the Blue Ridge and Great Smokey Mountains. At an elevation of 4000 feet, the climate is pleasant year-round.
