There is a washer and dryer as well as an iron & ironing board for your use. We have a pack-n-play available upon request. The beautiful patio is just outside your door to relax while enjoying your morning coffee and watch the children play in the large back yard. A glass table with chairs is present along with a child-size picnic table. If you need anything else we are available to provide it or help you find it. We are easy to get along with and very approachable. It is not a bother to us for you to ask for help, advice, or directions. If there is anything that we may be able to do for you please ask. Guest access You'll have COMPLETE access to the lower living quarters of our 3 story home. Over 770 square feet of spacious living. Parking is located in front of the garage in our driveway. Up to 4 cars can park comfortably. You are only a short distance down the lighted path to your private oasis. Access to the suite is through a rear entrance. Day or night you can check yourself in. Follow the well-lit path down the right side of the driveway. Enter through the lower door at the rear of the home and use the code provided to unlock the door. Guest interaction We are available to answer questions or tell you about the city. Your stay is separate from our living quarters so if you desire complete privacy, you have it. Neighborhood overview The neighborhood has beautiful natural scenery and plenty of places to walk and take a nice leisurely stroll. The community is set back away from the main road/traffic. Other things to note We live upstairs. The back yard is all YOURS and the stairs to our home from your living quarters is locked at all times. Please feel free to enjoy the snacks and water provided. We keep the temperature close to 70. If you have other preferences, let us know so we can adjust the temp. There is a Laundry room with detergent for you to use. We're available to assist in its use. The water heater is large capacity and reheats quickly.More
