“Surf Monkeys” is a towering five bedroom 5 1/2 bathroom house located in Surf City, just a few blocks from shopping, restaurants and the fishing pier. This house sleeps 14 and features two huge L-shaped decks with panoramic ocean views, flat screen TVs, high speed internet, an outdoor cold water shower and much more. The house also offers complimentary linens. Enter the house through the front door located on the street side and into the lower level which conveniently houses four of the five bedrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have queen sized beds and the additional bedroom has two twin bunk beds. Upstairs you will find an open living area with a large kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and huge dining table, perfect for family meals. The comfortable living room provides ample seating and a flat screen TV with cable. The couch folds out to a queen sleeper for even more sleeping accommodations. Off the kitchen, you will also find a half bathroom. The entire area boasts bright airy spaces, ocean views and a door opening up to the expansive top deck. The master bedroom is located on the upper level and provides a king bed, large en suite bathroom with a huge stand up shower, Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. From either of the two decks you have direct private beach access for a quick dip in the ocean, a walk on the beach at sunset or a full day of fun in the sun! “Surf Monkeys” is a truly stunning house fully equipped to satisfy all your needs to enjoy a fabulous, memorable vacation on Topsail Island year after year. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Twin Bunk Bed + Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 5: King Bed Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa "Linens Included" terms: SILVER PACKAGE - Includes ALL bed linens, bath towels, 1 dish towel set, & bath mats for each full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL reservations in 2022. Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This property is managed by Access Realty in Surf City, NC. **Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company. **Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date. **Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs. **After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In. Additional amenities: Beach Chairs, Full Kitchen
