With off street parking deep enough to park your car and boat, on site BBQ’s, laundry facilities and plenty of lawn for the kids to play on, we are ideally set up to cater to all your needs from large groups to a quiet, romantic interlude and we are pet friendly too. Yes, that’s right. There is no good reason to leave the fur kids behind again. We have enclosures set up for them to chill out in while you explore Innes National Park and your balcony is set up to keep them secure and sheltered. Our aim is to make your holiday a time that the entire family enjoys at prices that the accountant will love as well. We are and always will be “The Best Value on the Peninsula”
A great stop for us. Brett was so helpful . Villa is really spacious, clean well equipped , even a few books to swap. Kitchen great. Bed comfy.
Older style but totally fine and comfortable. Would recommend as a good place to stay.

Perfect spot for a family
We loved staying in our villa. It was a nice big space. A grass area in the front for the kids to kick a ball. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds
We would love to stay again.

Home away from home
Just an amazing set up to make your holiday feel like a home away from home.Reached the villa at around 1:30 pm, and it was hot, but it was sooooo nice to find ice in the freezer.The attention to details was just so nice.
Their was nothing that we missed having.

Fantastic!
So happy we booked to stay here! The villa was so much bigger and nicer than expected. It has two balconies and plenty of space. A quick 2 minute drive to the jetty and 5 minutes to Innes National Park. It was a super quiet location so we had a terrific sleep both nights! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay...
Comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped holiday villas. We spent a couple nights here in July and were pleased with the accommodation.
Comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities. Simple arrival and departure process and friendly management. Would stay here again.

Fabulous accommodation
We have just spent 2 nights at these villas and is was fabulous. The villas are way bigger than we had imagined and have a large kitchen with massive fridge, dining area with big dining table and lounge area with a 3 seater and 2 seater lounge. The bedrooms are also spacious with very comfortable beds. What really stands out when you enter the villas is the cleanliness and high level of maintenance, it was absolutely spotless, very impressive. The villas are surrounded by beautiful lawns, just perfect for kids to safely play. They are located in a quiet residential street within easy walking distance to the beach, jetty, store and pub. The owner/manager Shane provided lots of local information prior to arrival, text to let us know the villa was ready well before the official check in time and was very friendly when we met.
Highly recommend!!

Great Spot
We booked a villa without really knowing what we were going to. We were not disappointed. Our villa was spacious, cosy, comfortable & spotless with the best lounges I've ever sat in. Thank you Shane for being on hand with our few questions. Would not hesitate to stay there again & would recommend it.

Great little find
We didn't stay for long, we needed a place to sleep while we discovered the York Peninsula. this was a great find. modern and clean, small on the outside but spacious on the inside. comfortable for a family of 4. pay tv and wifi was a bonus. will definitely return to this place.

Simply perfect
Perfect spot, extremely clean. Perfect location to the Innes National Park, and other surrounding towns. Great to be able to share it with our friendly furry puppy, and sit on the deck with a glass of wine. Highly recommended to anyone.

The Charms of Marion Bay Holiday Villas
There is something magical about driving to the 'bottom' end of a peninsula and arriving at an oasis-like town on the edge of Innes National Park. This sleepy, dreamy place has the lot: a jetty to fish form, a shallow beach to paddle and scramble among rock pools, a surf beach to challenge the waves, birds, fish & emus. The Marion Bay Villas was the perfect have to rest in after a day exploring, we spent 3 days and really only scraped the surface. What we loved about the Villas was their affordability (who needs a spa when you have the ocean eh?) spacious and clean. And surprisingly private given their close proximity to each other. Managers Shane and Elaine couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable and easy.And we can bring our dog next time too!

As is the case with our National Parks everywhere, pets are not allowed but we have you covered there as well, with enclosed spaces to leave them while you're out and about. We also cater to those less able with 2 of our villas having wheelchair access. If you are looking for a getaway location that can take you back in time, this is it. Marion Bay takes pride in it's 70's feel and atmosphere which keeps people coming back for more

How to get there
Once you have reached our township, continue along the highway around 1km past the general store which is on your left as you hit town. Turn left in the direction of the caravan park ( standard issue sign on side of road ). From there, take your first right and the first 2 villas are on your immediate left. If you are in villas 3-8, simply take the first left hand turn and you will find numbered parking spaces clearly defined. If you are coming through of an evening or after dark, please be careful on the roads. There is a large conservation park between the turn off and Marion Bay which is home to a large kangaroo population. Be aware also, that it is customary to maintain a speed of 40km/h along the townships residential streets.
