Vacation on the lake
The owner, Bill, was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were nice and were clean. Bed was comfy. It was nice having a pool table in living room. The outside area was beautiful and sitting on the dock was so peaceful. The only negative things I can say is we didn’t receive enough clean facecloths for our stay and the snack basket had expired snacks. I bit into something, it tasted terrible, checked the date, it was expired in March, then I went through the rest of the snacks, all expired, some had expired last November. For the money we paid, the negatives should not have happened. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Relaxing retreat
Very spacious and clean. .Lush lakefront property and nice boat dock.
The hosts were welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful Experience
My husband and I had a great experience at The Feldon's beautiful and comfortable romantic get-a-way. We are already planning another trip. Private cove of Lake Norman to swim and float. Relaxing 😎 With nice beach area.

GREAT GET-A-WAY
We enjoyed our stay at the Romantic Resort, just wanted to relax on the dock and watch the lake activity. We enjoyed Bill and his wife and loved their 2 dogs. Would love to do this again if we get a chance.

The perfect getaway
We did not know what to expect but had high hopes the rental would be what we were looking for. Prior to departure we contacted Bill for directions and he was spot on. Our GPS got us there of course but his way was better and easier. Upon arrival our expectations were surpassed. The rental sits in an ideal location and has a wonderful view of the lake from the living area. It was totally private and very quiet. We had access to the deck and the to the lake which was nice. We were made to feel right at home by the owner. There is no comparison to this place and a motel. This was top shelf and a real find. Thanks Bill.

Relaxing
We really enjoyed our stay, the space was great. Our host we'll very nice and really wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Beach was really, I enjoyed just floating around in the nice cool water. Dock was perfect for sitting out on and enjoying a drink and cool breezes. We brought our kayaks with us and enjoyed kayaking at the near by state park and right from the beach. Enjoyed a nice dinner at Duckworth.

Lovely apartment on Lake Norman
The basement apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is upscale and the accommodations are first class! The owners were very hospitable and really made us feel welcome. The property is on the lake with a beautiful dock to enjoy. The price is unbelievable for what you get! It was a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend and we highly recommend this hidden treasure for any couple wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life!
