We are happy to offer you the perfect location. A fine riverfront home in the heart of the Smokies, near numerous waterfalls. Well positioned for spending time indoors or outdoors, enjoying the Smoky Mts, exploring the Cullasaja River Gorge.
- Easy to find, paved to the door. It is heated and air conditioned, and available for rental all year. Each season has its charm and appeal.
- Its a great season to be in the Smoky Mts!
- We provide floats to 'Tube' the river, when conditions permit, below the falls, at your own risk.
- Our rates are very competitive for the vacation that awaits you.
- Riverfront living with 300 ft frontage on the Cullasaja River, up to 80 ft across here. Shallow enough for kids to play safely, under parental control. Great mountain views are common as you come...

- No loud parties. Smoking outside only.
- Do not disturb owners or other guests after 8pm.
- Store hammock and floats indoors when not in use.
- 4 guests max, 2 cars max, no rv or trailer, no pets, or its Breach of Lease.
- Allow 5 minutes between changes to thermostat.
- Gas log fireplace is unvented. Do not leave fireplace on when away, with AC on, or when sleeping. Short operation only.
- Do not tamper with smoke detectors, tv cabling, settings, or passwords.

Great location close to sites and town.
Quaint home had everything you could need or want, beautiful location on the river. Yaya and Mike were super easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. Would most definitely stay here again.

My third time to rent River dance. Everything that I need for a week. Convenient to Fraklin and other cities within an hour of driving. Good location and easy to find.

A gem on the Mountain
Our second visit to Riverdance was just as beautiful as the first time even though it rained and flash flooded all the days we visited except for one. The hummingbird show on the top porch alone was worth its weight in gold at sporadic times during the day. The blueberries on the property were a delightful treat in our morning oatmeal. My teenage son and college bound daughter enjoyed game night in the huge kitchen provided in the cabin. It was a wonderful vacation and a great break from the Florida year that we have become accustomed to. The owners have provided everything you would need for a relaxing time. A blessing.

A wonderful relaxing Place
RiverDance is a very comfortable place when visiting this area. The location is convenient to most anywhere you want to tour. Highlands, Bryson City and Dillard are place we visited while on our vacation here. The owners are very nice and responds to requests promptly. They even acknowledged our anniversary. This was our second time at RiverDance. We booked the second trip weeks after our first visit because we loved it so well. I highly recommend RiverDance to anyone. It has two stories. An upper level (level with the parking area} or people that don't climb well and a lower ground level (down a flight of stairs). This will not be our last time to visit.
Thank you Michael and Yaling for another wonderful relaxing vacation.

Great location!Easy Access!
Great location!Easy Access!We just spent two days in this p[roperty.The unit nis very clean and neat.There is everything you need;the beds are soft and comfortable.We enjoyed sitting on the deck,BBQ,and viewing the river. The Canada geese swam in the river,sometimes they walked in the backyard,very close to us.We really had a good time here.We arrived late,self check-in by using the lock box,it made it easy!We will come back:)

Wonderful stay at Riverdance
We had a wonderful time during our four night three day stay at Riverdane. Located about as center as possible to waterfalls and Historic Franklin and Highlands. Seeing the waterfalls and sitting on the deck were highlights. We took this time for a get-a- way and it helped us yo do just that. We went sightseeing when we wanted and sat on the deck and watched and listened to the river when at the house. Eventhough It was cold some of the time, blankets were necessary but the experience was great. I highly recommend River dance Lodge for others. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

OWNERS earned a GOLD STAR
I have not yet made it to this beautiful location - but wanted to give a GOLD STAR rating to the owners ... who went above and beyond to accommodate me during my need to cancel my original vacation dates. Business is business - but Michael was very kind and I appreciate his efforts. I look forward to my future visit.

First Visit
We enjoyed our stay at RiverDance. The backyard was clean and the sounds of the rumning water were very relaxing. Rooms were clean. The only things that would add to the unit would be to add more channels to the cable tv and to cut back the bushes in front of unit.

Awesome
We had such a great time. The house was very nice. Just enough room for us. They had everything we needed.
Couldn't have ask for a better place to stay.
We loved the town and the shops.
We will defentantly go back.

Great place to stay!
I loved Franklin, NC and this is a great place to stay while visiting. I had more than everything I needed for my stay and it was nice and peaceful. I can't wait to visit again.
