Two of the bedrooms are ocean front, while the third bedroom is street side, but has a door in the bedroom leading to the ocean front deck. In the hall, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Middle Level: Considered the main living level, you’ll find the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and full bathroom. The kitchen offers updated counter tops, cabinets, sink, wine/drink cooler, and more. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, water softener, ice maker, and refrigerator. The living room has a 60” 4K UHD Smart TV and a gas fireplace. There is seating for 8 at the dining table, and seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower adjacent to the fourth bedroom. Bedroom #4 faces the street, has a queen bedroom and a TV. Top Level: The top level is more like a loft. This room has an oversized bean bag for seating and a TV. Bedroom #5 has 4 singles and a bunk bed (2 singles)- sleeps a total of 6. No Pets! No Smoking! Rents Sunday to Sunday.
