Beware!

Property was nice inside; but dirty. We mopped all the floors ourselves. Outdoor furniture was filthy; couldn’t even use it unless we scrubbed that too. Laundry is OUTSIDE under house - down 2 flights. 2d fridge outside near laundry was rusty & gross. Railings on deck are NOT to code; they are too far apart. Our grandson could get through them. Realtor does not disclose where laundry is, so that is deceptive. They also need to be sure this property is clean, which they obviously didn’t do. Renters beware!
