Each unit is supplied with dishes, cookware, eating utensils, bed & bath linens and towels. The guest is responsible for all paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, aluminum and plastic wraps. Also soap products, bath soaps, dish soaps, laundry soap. The guest is required to wash all dishes, and take away of all trash. Directions to trash dropoff are provided.

Amazing view
We booked this cabin because it offered a stunning view, was pet friendly, located halfway between Gatlinburg and Asheville, close to other activities and was inexpensive.
The view did not disappoint! Gorgeous view of both the sunrise and sunset! The cabin itself was cozy and clean, however inside was very dated. The furniture was older but still in good condition. The mattresses were noisy with every move and, for me with a bad back, very uncomfortable. We loved that a charcoal grill was provided and utilized the grill after a day of trout fishing. There is also an outdoor firepit and an indoor fireplace. We found it best to buy the wood from a store because it was more seasoned than some of the road side honor box stands, which were wet and hard to get burning.
The cabin is pleasantly far enough away from the hustle and bustle of life that it was easy to disconnect. It was somewhat peaceful, however the cabin is directly next door to another house where someone lives. The resident’s dog lives in a kennel outside and barks the second you step off the porch. It also barks a lot at night when the coyotes get to going. This was possibly the most unappealing aspect of our stay.
Most importantly we felt safe up here and was comfortable leaving our things as we ventured out each day unlike in a hotel room.
We would consider staying here again should we return to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again. All amenities that we needed. Bed,bath, and water.

GREAT LITTLE CABIN FOR SHORT STAYS IN THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS
To all potential travelers to the Smoky Mountains, Sunset View cabin was a great place to stay as me and my wife traveled many many times and miles from Austin TX to Bryson City on a new job location. The owner and manager was very attentive and accommodating to ALL our needs and expectations. The cabin itself is definately designed for a short stay with children or pets which makes sense for the price to stay low. We really only slept there at night as there are so many things to do in a very short distance. We very very much enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend staying and returning there for years to come. Thanks again Darion for everything.
