Outside on the ground level is a lovely fenced in patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere in Downtown Blowing Rock. There is one parking space outside as well as room for two mid-size vehicles inside the garage. The Wander Inn is perfectly located just steps off Sunset Drive, facing The Inn at Ragged Gardens and the Blowing Rock Alehouse. With such a convenient location, you won't need to worry about finding a parking spot to explore Historic Main Street - just lock the front door and walk up the street. Wander Inn to this great home today! Important Notes: - This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - Max of 3 cars allowed (2 in garage, 1 in the parking lot) Do not park in the neighbor's carport, please. - This property is an end unit townhome, so it does have shared walls with the next door unit. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise, music, and conversations to a reasonable level. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
