The main level consists of the spacious living room with 40” flat screen HDTV with cable (over 200 channels, including premium), DVD and DVR players, a beautiful stone, gas-log fireplace, maple floors, and exposed beam, 20-foot high cathedral ceiling. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room on this level. Outside, the large, furnished wraparound deck, complete with a comfortable hammock and brand new, gourmet gas grill with an infrared searing feature and additional side burner, waits for your enjoyment. Additional notes: • Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. • Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. • The driveway is shared and cannot be blocked at any time. Stairs!

OM Goodness! Sooo many stairs! Pros: Big, spacious, new clean hot tub, good location, comfy beds, pool table, ping pong, pets welcome, accommodate last minute rental. Cons: STAIRS and more STAIRS-not easy access for seniors, moldy deck, no views, pics are deceiving of outdoor space as it is now overgrown, steep narrow driveway, filthy pans, previous renter left their garbage on the ground by the bins for us to clean up.
