• The first floor which has a Master bedroom with double bed / en-suite bathroom with shower and lovely verandah

• 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be brought together to form a double bed) / en-suite bathroom with shower and small balcony.

• The ground floor has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room - the latter opens out onto a balcony.

• The 3rd bedroom which is on the garden level, is much bigger than the master bedroom and has a double bed, day bed and a changing area and an en-suite bathroom, own verandah opening out onto your own small garden and some steps away the beach.

Interaction with guests
I do like to know what time guests will arrive at Bel Horizon because I will be there to welcome the guests personally. Upon arrival I will show the guests around the property, briefly go over the conditions of the house and hand over the keys. As it is a gated property the guests will be given a key fob so that he/she can enter/exit the property at their leisure. I also have a small office near the gate and either myself or one of my staff is always available in case guests need anything. We also have a night watchman who can assist guests if they need anything. The watchman is also a very good cook.

Perfect self catering apartment for those not wanting to stay in a hotel. Great facilities and location, wonderful views. Hilton hotel next door allowed us to use their pool. Meant that we could do the Seychelles on a budget!!

I found this lovely home on Trip Advisor...so many villa rentals in Seychelles look dire, this is a gorgeous exception. Additional Rate and Availability Information
The duplex is cleaned after every 3rd night, with replacement of bedsheets and towels (inc beach towels). You are expected to leave the duplex in a clean state on check-out, failing which a cleaning fee may be billed to you.

The duplex sleeps 6 adults and 1 child = 7. For a group of 7 adults it must be pointed out that the extra bed that would be used is a bed measuring 1m x 1.60 and for an adult there is an extra fee of Euro 25.00 per night.

About the neighborhood
Beachfront,elegantly decorated,spacious and stylish ,fully equipped self-catering 3 bedroom duplex with direct access to your secluded beach. Secured off road private parking is provided. We are right next door to the Hilton Northolme Hotel & Spa and 5 minutes walk to the nearest shop. Other restaurants or shops are within 2-5 minutes drive away and that also includes watersports facilities such as jetski, paragliding, diving to name a few. For those who wish to try the local transportation, the bus stop is right in front of our entrance. For those who wish to just relax - your secluded beach is just down the garden - a wonderful beach at low tide for children and great snorkeling area. A peaceful haven just for you.
Getting around
The best way to get around the island is either by hiring a car or by taking the local bus which comes round every half hour or you could take part in various excursions offered by the various local operators. If you are hiring a car we would give you the contact of the Car Hire Company that we work with as we find that they are reliable and very helpful and offer a good rate. If you wish to take the bus, the bus stop is just opposite our entrance. For excursions, we can recommend certain operators to you and put you in direct contact with them.

From the International Airport (if you are driving) turn right towards the capital Victoria. On entering Victoria via the highway take the 2nd exit and continue straight to the Clock Tower and then on to the traffic lights just ahead, continue (it is one way street anyway) up the small hill, over the hill to Beau Vallon. As you come down towards Beau Vallon you will get to a fork in the road - the Beau Vallon Police Station sits right on the middle, take the road to the right and continue past the small shopping area in the village, past the Savoy Seychelles Hotel & Spa (massive hotel), on towards the beach, past the Boat House Restaurant, we are 3-5 minutes away from this area just before you reach the Hilton Northolme Hotel & Spa.
