If,or rather when, we return to Mauritius, we would stay here again. Very comfortable. Large, partially covered deck overlooking the beach plus sun loungers and outside dining area. Very clean, high standard of furnishings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was nice too. Direct access to beach, great location.

We have just spent fab 2weeks at Blackreef apartments,and found the staff to be very helpful they all have friendly smile and nothing was to much trouble.Glenn the owner was very helpful he told us place to go local restaurant and bars ,there is a local supermarket walking distance 10 mins also there is a lot of different restaurant all in walking distance,from local to upmarket restaurants .we have been to Mauritius a few times before and hired a car , but we found that we didn’t need one this time we used the local bus/taxi service and found it not a problem getting around .we can recommend Le Skipper restaurant it’s a 10 min walk from the apartment,R beach bar ,Misty rooftop bar ,we went to Le Pesscatore French upmarket restaurant if you want to spoil yourselfs ,all within walking distance,but then again we love walking 😀Grand Baie the beach House is also one we loved and many more in Grand Baie by taxi 10 /15 mins.Glenn also organized Fishing trip with David from Namlaner My Husband had amazing morning and managed to catch a 40kg Yellow Fin Tuna

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Wir hatten das Appartement ganz oben mit einem Schlafzimmer. Komplett eingerichtet inkl. Waschmaschine, tägliche Reinigung mit Handtuchwechsel, eingezäunter Parkplatz für das Auto Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Nous logions dans la dernière chambre (2e étage) : terrasse incroyablement grande ! Cuisine équipée (micro-onde, frigo, grille-pain, cafetière, taque de cuisson), machine à lessiver. La cuisine donne sur le salon, c'est super sympa. Par contre pour manger à l'intérieur c'est style bar (grand plan de travail), la table et dehors (sous la partie couverte de la terrasse). Grande chambre avec grand lit double, garde-robe complète. Salle de bain avec douche et WC. C'est moderne et bien décoré. Il y a aussi un emplacement garage :) le seul souci vient du bruit de la route, c'est la seule chose a reprocher. Propriétaire dispo, personne sur place super sympa aussi ! Ils nous ont conseillé pour des restaurants. Pour finir, on est très bien situé : club de plongée à coté super, la plage est belle, la grand route et le super U pas loin. Les 2 autres appartements conviendront pour les familles car nous n’avions qu’une seule chambre.

This is a relly stylish modern appartment with great view on the ocean and direct acces to the see for snorkeling and fishing. The staff is very friently and helpful in every aspect, speeking fluently English and French. All facilities are of highest quality and modern style. Our appartment had the largest terrace I have ever seen for such appartements equipt with high performance barbecue equipment. Glenn showed us great places for local dining and sports activities. We would enyoi to come back again.

This is the second time I visit this propery in Trou Aux Biches with my family and everything is just as perfect as we remembered from last year. This year we had invited my parents to joins us so we were 3 generations with my parents in the penthouse flat and my family in the large flat in the middle. The property is located right on the beach and offers a fantastic view over the ocean and a spectacular sunset. Everything is very high quality and kept in a spotless condition both inside and outside. The apartment is equipped with all the things you could wish for when you are a family and travelling with children. Especially the big gas grill on the terrace is a hit when grilling big steaks or freshly caught tuna. There is access to a beautiful beach nearby (500m) and it is possible to snorkel on the coral garden right in front of the property. There are also a number of nice beaches further up the coast. We were warmly welcomed by Maria and Gabrielle. During the holiday we also met both Gabrielle's husband Guy, the security man and the gardener. Marie and Gabrielle were so kind to prepare a carry dish for us so we could get a taste of the local cuisine. They also helped us clean and prepare a large yellowfin tuna that we had caught on a fishing trip. It was a fantastic experience to try the deep sea fishing. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful in relation to providing good advice on trips and they helped arranging fishing trips with deep sea fishing, different sailing trips with both catemaran and speedboat, renting cars and transport to the airport, etc. It has been a great help for us.

We stayed 3 weeks in this apartment in the penthouse. Good organized, a big open kitchen with everything you need. We missed the dishwasher which should be there, but ok. A small bathroom with big shower, sometimes little preasure, mostly cold, but what do you need in the tropical heat. A perfect working AC and generator. (Important because of a lot of power stops). A beautiful big terrace, half with a roof, with spectaculair views. The staff makes you feel at home. Everyday cleaning , except on Sunday or during a cycloon warning. The swimming pool on the ground floor has a nice sundeck with good sunbeds and parasols. After 3 weeks, we lived like Mauritians, and as Guy, didn't worry.
