The use of traditional stone and some of the best materials have been included throughout the design and have been used in harmony with the environment! The expansive garden of the property filled with different kind of flowers and bushes have been specially designed to maintain the high standards.
Outside there are a private yard and a balcony, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the most famous sunset, with a dining area for 10 persons, to enjoy alfresco dining. Also, there is a private outdoor heated hydro massage spa (for 5 persons) and two common use swimming pools, which combined with the perfect sea view, will keep you there the whole day. The luxury combined with the ultimate privacy offers an unforgettable stay and a unique experience.
Inside there are 4 bedrooms (2 double king size bed and 1 bunk bed at lower level plus 1 king size bed at the upper level loft, which is separate from the others, with its own bath & living room). All bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning. We provide you eco-friendly mattresses & upper bedclothes, as well as feathered pillows. Also, in case that you needed, there are a baby cot and an extra single folding camp bed.
There are two Kitchens, full equipped with blender, electric Grill, electric Stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker, nespesso coffee maker, boiler, dishes, cooking utensils, pantry items and other modern facilities. Also there is a dining area for 8 persons.
There is a bathroom on each level (total 2 bathrooms) equipped with toilet, shower, bath towels, hypoallergenic shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, 220V supply to shaver point and washing machine.
While the villa accommodates easily 8 persons, our strong preference is to limit the number to a maximum of 8, except where children are included.

Accessibility:
The villa is accessible by car with private parking area. You have to consider the internal stairs, which drive you to the lower floor and the loft bedroom. People with mobility problems will face difficulties. What is more, young children must be supervised at all times.
Coast/Beach/Swimming:
Katharos beach is accessible by walking (10 minutes). The fabulous Ammoudi small harbor with fishing boats, waterfront taverns and restaurant & St.Nicolas Island is accessible by walking (10 minutes) or by car (3 minutes). Ammoudi is one of the most beautiful spots in Santorini. Get off at the foot of red rock for swimming and also to enjoy fresh fish at the taverns and restaurants. Also, the villa has two common use swimming pools, where you can swim in front of one of the best views to the Sunset!
Distances:
The villa is located 400 m. from Oia village, 30 minute drive from Fira town, 45 minute drive from Santorini airport (17 km) and 40 minute drive from Athinios port (15km). During your stay in Santorini it is recommended to hire a car for easy access throughout the island.
Travel:
Santorini can be reached by air from Athens with two flights per day or by ferry from Piraeus with frequent departures through the year. During the summer period there are additional flights between Santorini and other islands, and charter flights from abroad. There are also nautical connections between Santorini and many other Cyclades islands, Dodecanese, Crete and Thessaloniki.

Santorini can be reached from most international airports via Athens. Athens is served by the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos and from Athens you can fly to Santorini airport (Thira). Travel to Santorini by boat from the Port of Piraeus:
For those participants having extra time, there is a regular ferry boat service to Santorini from Piraeus offering a relaxing, pleasant journey. The cost is reasonable and takes an average of eight to nine hours. In addition there is also the solution of the speedy boats, which make this journey in five hours. Advanced reservations are not usually required on the ferry boats. For exact times, call Piraeus port authorities.
Santorini Transportation:
There are 2 ways to move around Santorini, if you do not have a car or a scooter: the public bus and the taxi. There are connections for every village and on summer time there is a bus every 30 minutes, with the last one at midnight. On winter, the bus runs every 1 hour and the last one is around 9 pm. The central us station is in Fira next to the taxi station. Also keep in mind that the public transportation buses are green. Any other color you will see they are tourist buses. The buses here do not have automatic machines, so you have to have money with you to pay the collector. Maximum cost per ride is 2 euro per person, depending where you are going.
The taxis are available on winter, but extremely hard to find on summer therefore we strongly recommend booking your transportation before you arrive. If you want to try your luck you can try book a taxi, if you go to the central square of Fira.

Complex of 5 villas with shared pool, 1 villa with private pool & extended grounds.. great location 5 mins from Oia..fabulous sunsets! Lovely villas, only downside shower rooms are really small!
Site Manager Konstantinos will do anything you ask, no job too small, will also book cabs, get shopping/food deliveries, book trips/restaurants etc.

Perfect location and setting
If you are looking for a quiet villa, where everynight you can watch the famous Oia sunset from the jacuzzi then this is your perfect place.
It is a 10 minute walk to the pictureesque bay of Amoudi with 4 incredible sea food resturants and 10 mins walk up the hill to Oia village, where there are so many choices of food you are spoilt. We even found a good 5 km round run if that takes your fancy.
There are three good size double bedrooms plus a bunkbed, although be warned the upstairs bedroom is really noisy in storms!! The kitchen is really well equipped (my tip is bring breakfast cereal and stop for milk before you arrive).
There are bath towels but no beach towels (we brough €7 towels from Thira) and two hairdryers. There is air con!
Marcos is great and responding and Rebecca, the host, is always on hand at any time day or night and with a smile and just so so helpful (her trip and road advice is worth listening to).
There is ample space to park a hire car (we recommend you hire one, we ordered from Budget at the airport).
Perhaps the only downside is the pool is freezing cold.
We arrived on the 18th October the weather was great up until Thursday when its turned wet and windy. Also please be warned, after speaking to the locals they are planning on shutting up shops after this week for the season, so if you are planning on coming any later you may be stuck for places that are open. I think 31st october is deadline day...
However come here for the amazing sunset and the homely feel, you will mot be disappointed.

Well equiped villa
Nice villa in a quiet location. 10 minute walk to the village. Close to a very pretty port. Very hilly. The use of a rental car is useful. Oia is full of tourists, but the views are amazing! The sunset from the villa is fantastic.

Excellent Villa
Oia is considered to be the artistic capital of the island and probably the most picturesque, postcard perfect village on Santorini, inviting you with its narrow, cobbled streets, with jewel-like shops on both sides selling all kind of beautiful things, a treat for your eyes. Oia seems to be a living picture of a natural beauty and it is worth to see at least once in your life. A view of Oia is showing the density of churches within the town. The houses are built one on top of the other, the courtyard of the house above being the roof of the house below.
We were so fortunate to enjoy a hot week in May in Oia Sunset Villa PENTE and in Oia Sunset Villa DYO. The owners were absolutely gorgeous and welcome us. The views were amazing, just breathtaking; the villa was very cute and built in the traditional Greek Santorini style. The outdoor areas are well appointed and the hydro massage spa gorgeous. Thank you so much.

A unique scenery of the Aegean and the famous Oia sunset, from a high standard maisonette.
Newly built and very well maintained, with a high standard of hygiene, spacious landscaped patios, jacuzzi, unique touches of quality and art-deco all around externally and internally. Epitomy of value for money!
Owners were helpful on all of our needs, questions booking, very polite and high spirited. Everything promised was genuinely offered and even more
The place has an uninterupted and panoramic view to the Aegean and the famous Volcano, while offering you exclusiveness as far as the crowds, that gather in the afternoon to be blown away by the sunset magic.
We highly recommend this venue to those who appreciate good taste and high standards and will definitely visit again when chance is given.

Beautiful place to relax
Oia Sunset Villa was beautiful. It was just right for 7 of us. Rebecca was wonderful making sure that we were ok and helping out with excursions and recommendations for local places to go. We had a very comfortable bed and our room had window doors/shutters that made the room very dark for sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped and compact. The upstairs lounge was the best place for wifi. We mostly sat outside. The spa was very warm and relaxing. We used the restaurant / pool twice in a week which was walking distance. The shopping was also close by but due to the heat, I would recommend walking early in the morning or after dinner.
