Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park. The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. One of the rooms has a small sitting room attached that has a daybed for an extra guest. The other full bathroom is on the second floor. On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants. The house is most easily accessed by car but the NFTA buses do run along Lewiston Road which is on the corner and goes to either Lewiston or to Niagara Falls. The house has wi-fi throughout. There is a SmartTV and DVD player in the master bedroom, but there is no cable. There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle. Pets will be considered. We are fully permitted and certified by the City of Niagara Falls that we meet all building and fire codes required to operate a vacation rental. Many listings in Niagara Falls are not legal, so be careful. Keep your family safe and be sure to book with those operators that can show you their permit and certificate of occupancy. Charming house in a charming neighborhood with fall colors just next door!!
This home was close to Niagara Falls (main reason for going!) and was easy to find. We explored the area around this town, including restaurants.

Excellent vacation home
We went here with our 4 adult children and 2 younger children. We lived the home. Comfortable with lots of character, close to everything, had a wonderfulot time and made great memories. Owners were very helpful with our questions. Highly recommend.

Just as advertised - Loved it!!!
This house is just as advertised!! A lovely old house located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. My husband, our two daughters, their two husbands and I stayed here for three nights. This is an old house - with all the creaks and squeaky boards that go with it!!! This house has REAL wood floors, wood furniture, and wooden stairs. If you are the type to leave wet clothes or towels on the floor - this is NOT the place for you!! This is a nice home away from home. Three bedrooms two baths. A nice kitchen that had everything we needed. There was a back screened in porch and a small backyard. Absolutely no complaints at all with this house. It is actually centrally located for any excursions you may take around town. Absolutely satisfied and would definitely recommend this house to others and would definitely return.

Great Place
We stayed there for the Memorial Day weekend. The house is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we need, and only 10min drive away from the fall. Carol make things really easy with check in and check out, we love our stay there.

Our stay in Whirlpool Cottage was great. Location was close to all attractions. The house had everything that you may need . TV did not have to many channels to choose from , but going to Niagara Falls is to enjoy the falls , not to stay home. The only thing was missing is washer and dryer, but we get by without . Grocery stores was not to far and had good selection. In overall our stay was good .

How to get there
Car: Use google maps. Train: Amtrak comes directly to Niagara Falls and from the station you can walk (1 mile) or take a taxi for about $6. Bus: Major bus lines, such as Greyhound and Megabus, go to Buffalo. From Buffalo you can take the NFTA bus to Niagara Falls. During the summer season, Greyhound runs to Niagara Falls. The local bus line is run by Niagara Frontier Transit Authority. The closest stop is a block away on the corner of Lewiston Road and Garrett Ave. Plane: If you arrive by plane into Buffalo Niagara International Airport, you have 4 options to get to Niagara Falls, from most expensive to least expensive: taxi, UBER or Lyft, ITA shuttle, NFTA bus.
