Bedrooms: #1 Master bedroom (1 queen bed ) is located on the ground level with private deck and travertine tiled bathroom. . #2 The second bedroom (2 twin bed ) downstairs includes separate baths, flat screen Apple TV and built in closet, #3 the third bedroom (1 queen bed) on the upper level, has views over Montauk’s preserve landscapes and ocean view. The brand new kitchen features all new appliances: Gagennau Stove, Miele convection Oven, SUB- ZERO refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, small fridge for drinks, espresso machine, All-Clad cookware and a breakfast bar It is a perfect summer beach house for the whole family with 2 large outdoor decks, and outdoor shower in surrounding trees. The deck has outdoor dining tables, propane gas powered grill and Weber charcoal Kettle Grill. Amenities include-high speed Wi-Fi, 2 Flat Screen, Apple TV, Bike usage, Beach chairs, Bosch Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer. 

 


Short walk to Montauk village, a 5 minutes bike ride to Ditch Plains beach, 2 minutes train station and Jitney, and minutes from all of Montauk's great restaurants and entertainment- The Montauk Beach House, The Surf Lodge, The Crows Nest, Ruschmeyers, Navy Beach, Swallow East, Ditch Witch, La Bodega. 

 Bosch Washer and Bosch Dryer are located in the basement. 2-3 bikes on the premise. Suitability: Long-term Renters Welcome, children welcome, non smoking only, no pets, suitable for elderly or family with kids. East Hampton town regulations for 2016 are as follow: 1.) 30 nights booking MINIMUM in season 2.) NOT more than 4 unrelated adults 3.) Not more than 6 people including kids 4.)
