If you do not have king sheets we will provide them for you (complimentary). The second bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds; one with a double bed on the bottom, twin on top and the second with 2 twin beds. The second bedroom also has cable TV with a DVD/VHS player is also available.
• Outdoor Bliss: Step outside to a unique roofed patio overlooking the lake, complete with an outdoor fireplace, propane grill, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table. Just steps from the patio experience a deck with comfortable outdoor seating providing a perfect spot to enjoy the lake and the fresh lake air. You will find our front and back yards meticulously landscaped with a beautiful display of flowers, foliage, and plenty of green lawn.
• Waterfront Delight: Enjoy lakefront living with only six stair steps to lake level where you will enjoy your own private dock and lake entry. The lake depth off the dock is two to three feet. The depth deepens very gradually as you go out. A bit further out, enjoy our swim float which is anchored in about five feet of water.
In addition, for those who bring or rent a boat, we have an electric boat lift for you which is available for nominal charge. New for 2024 we have 2 single and 2 double kayaks for your enjoyment!

• Fully Furnished: The cottage is completely furnished including dishes, silverware, coffee maker, filters, pots and pans, etc. We also provide all paper supplies, soaps and shampoos, bath mat, blankets and pillows. Just bring your sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Note: If you are flying in and are cramped for suitcase space, we will provide all of these for you.
• Local Guide: Just for you, we have written our “Welcome” book. It presents all of the information on the cottage and the area, including directions to the restaurants, wineries, attractions, bait stores, grocery stores, shopping areas, and much more.

A $200 security / cleaning deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit shall be refunded provided that our rental agreement is complied with, and that the cottage is left in the same clean and good repair condition as when rental began.
The cottage was absolutely immaculate and charming. It had all the little extras to make life easier. The sunsets over the lake were gorgeous every night! Great location. The area has beautiful farms and vineyards. There is definitely something for everyone. The owner Joe was a great host! Attentive and friendly yet not intrusive, Did I mention he sent us home with a bag of tomato’s from his garden? I would highly recommend this rental. We had a wonderful time! Thanks Joe😊

Comfy, cozy cottage!
We stayed here for the solar eclipse and absolutely loved it! Joe has kayaks available that you can take out on the lake and it’s so enjoyable and serene! The lake view from the large cottage windows is so nice to wake up to. The cottage is small and modest but very cute and definitely had enough space for the four people in our group. Joe has a straightforward cleaning checklist for you, so it’s not a burden to get the cleaning done before leaving, especially with multiple people. I was so glad I was able to bring my pup with me for an extra fee as well. The beds were comfy too - my whole group remarked that we all slept better than usual. Thanks Joe!!

Great Cabin Getaway
I visited this quaint cabin with my boyfriend for a week to enjoy some time away from home and visit with his family nearby. The cabin is in a great location, right on the water, with a swimming platform to allow for fun in Lake Seneca. We were able to visit some of the nearby breweries too, and overall had a great stay. Although we did not get to meet the owners during our stay, Joe was very good at keeping in touch and making sure things were okay at the cabin. He offered us veggies from the garden, and the tomatoes were delicious! The owners work hard to make it a great place to stay, and definitely succeed! Strongly consider renting this cabin for your next Finger Lakes visit!

Excellent in every way
Our party of two people and a dog enjoyed our vacation in this cottage immensely. The lake was at our feet, the views were fantastic and Joe was a kind and thoughtful host. The internet connection is strong, the kitchen is fully-outfitted and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Using the outdoor grill was a treat, as were our many walks and bike rides.

Delightful couple's retreat
We spent a long weekend here. The cottage is delightful, the setting is stunning, and the owner is friendly and helpful without hovering. We enjoyed a dip in the lake on the hot afternoon we arrived, but most of the weekend it was too chilly. The picture is completely accurate - you are right on the shore of the lake with a porch on the back of the cottage and then the deck that is pictured and some stairs down to the dock. The clean and clear water is waist deep to a little deeper off the dock and most of the way out to the swim platform. The bottom is rocky, so water shoes are a good thing to bring. The listing doesn't indicate, but the "users manual" in the cottage indicates that the owner does fishing charters for Seneca Lake's famous lake trout, so if you want to do some fishing, check with the owner when you reserve. He lives in the cottage next door, with his boat docked there, so you won't have to go far. The cottage is about 10 miles from Geneva, a pleasant town with a well-stocked grocery store (Wegman's) and a number of excellent restaurants, for those times you don't want to cook.
Although the cottage will sleep more than a couple, the second bedroom is only accessible through the "master" bedroom, which might be an issue if you expect middle of the night traffic to the bathroom. For an empty-nest couple like us, it was perfect!

Exactly what we were looking for.
What you see is what you get! Started to relax the minute we got there. Joe has such a cute cottage and his attention to detail was much appreciated. The personalized welcome sign, the information binder, vintage board games, movies, wine tasting vouchers, fresh veggies from his garden, the list goes on... The cottage is located in a perfect area as well. We visited wineries, Watkins Glen, Corning Glass Museum and a casino. A perfect blend of being away from it all and being close to things to do. The best part was being right on the lake and seeing a different sunset every night....

Hidden Gem among the Finger Lakes
WOW! An immaculately clean cottage right on the lake with your own dock for swimming or fishing. Our stay was perfect….so comfortable, quiet, peaceful and private. The cottage had everything we needed from a full kitchen, to cable, wifi, grill, and even complimentary wine tasting coupons/brochures to the local wineries. Joe (the owner) was very accommodating and welcoming. Can’t say enough about this place. A hidden gem among the Finger Lakes! We will be back! The O’Connors

Perfect getaway at the lake!
I came here with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary and the cottage was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway in the Finger Lakes! We arrived to a clean and cozy place with an unbeatable view of the lake. Everything you need to know about the cottage and the surrounding area is in welcome binder. The proximity to the wineries and restaurants is great but we really enjoyed sitting on the lakeside patio with our morning coffee. We will definitely be making this an annual trip!
The owner, Joe, was extremely helpful and friendly- We will make a point to join his fishing charter next time, as we saw them bring a haul back one morning!

Gegerous cottage
What a great time we had here. The Owner is great and made sure we felt at home. Even gave us home grown tomato’s from his garden. This is an absolute must visit and we will for sure be back next year!

Amazing Vacation Rental
We have stayed at over 50 vacation rentals and this is by far the very best one !
It has everything and more that we could want ! The cottage was immaculate, there were beautiful flowers everywhere, the lawn was perfect, the private dock is brand new, there were many comfortable outdoor chairs and tables, the roofed patio was awesome, and I could go on and on.
Joe and Pat were outstanding hosts. They made sure that we had everything we needed and checked with us daily to be sure we were having a great vacation.
We will be back next year
