You can literally open the large sliding glass door at the back of our second floor condo and listen to the always flowing spring fed creek below from the comfort of your easy chair inside. Our condo can accommodate 2-4 people. It has one bedroom and one bath with a futon that can fold out to make a bed. It also contains a kitchenette, living room with fireplace, two Lazy Boy recliners, DVD player, and TV with DISH satellite programming. This is a wonderful place for rest and relaxation or for your home base to begin your mountain adventure of hiking, skiing, fishing, golfing, shopping, and gambling. PET FRIENDLY: Pet fee is $10 per pet per night. Pets are welcome ONLY at properties where indicated and with prior approval. Unapproved pets found at property will be assigned a $100 fee per pet. Pets must be restrained and under close supervision at all times. Please be considerate, and do not allow your pet to lay on sofas, bedding, and other items that can be covered in hair. Guest will be charged for cleaning of any excessive hair or debris left by pets. Pets cannot be left unattended unless restrained in a portable kennel. Pets found left unattended and not in a portable kennel will be assigned a $200 fee per pet and renter will also be liable for carpet cleaning costs.More
