Hillary Homes is just newly renovated house with state of the art interior design. Very quiet, spacious and clean with a big garden and a carport. Our home is just 5 minutes away to SM Clark Mall, Robinson Mall and Nepo Mall and 5 minutes drive to Clark International Airport and accessible to 7-11 store, restaurants, parlors, massage, and supermarkets. Korean Village, BDO, Jollibee Friendship Branch are just 2 minutes away. Transportation is very easy with 24/7 tricycle and grab service. Transportation may also be provided by the house (Toyota Innova - 7 seater) with additional cost.

NO to Gambling, No Illegal drugs, No Prostitution is allowed. Only booked and registered guest are allowed to stay overnight. This house is for residential use only. NO parties and No big events are allowed. Electricity is so expensive in Philippines. Please note that my rate is very low and includes electricity. Please help me not to pay more by turning off the Air Conditioning when not in use. Quiet hours is 9:59 pm. Thank you and enjoy your entire stay at Hillary Timog Park Homes!!!
