Despite confirming with owner Chris we were not met at Airport( stranded party of 7 and one disabled) We got to Villa and told sorry double booked despite me paying in full in Jan and having confirmed dates
What was to be a special 18 th birthday for my son begun with being shunted to another Villa with no water for 2 days . No disability access as advertised. Day 3 we came to Villa Jago and got money back for 2 days. In stark contrast it was very nice Villa . Staff were kind and built a ramp for my 16 yo daughter with CP to enter Villa
It took a while for shattered emotions to settle. We enjoyed the location We live and learn : the bathroom was inaccessible due to stones / lifting equipment was a waste of $130 Beware of listing as accessible

Great Villa, Great Staff, Great Holiday
We have been to Bali frequently always choosing hotel accommodation. This time as we were getting away with friends snd decided to book a villa. Having never done this before I must admit we were nervous about what we would end up with.
Arriving at the villa it was excactly how the pictures were on Trip Advisor, actually better. A great pool, fantastic open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedrooms, all with private ensuite were stunning.
The house staff were so accomodating and organised everything you might need.
the villa location was a short stroll into the main strip on Seminyak, which made getting into restaurants easy, or the house staff will prepare your evening meals (additional cost) the in villa, these meals we organised were delicious, authentic and plentiful, a great option for staying in, or feeding hungry mouths.
note; giant white swan and pool toys not included 😉

Just on our last day staying at this Villa. Very beautiful with lovely large bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a good spacious living area. The pool and garden is magnificent. Awesome house keeping with drivers available and very helpful staff.
The only complaint would be the variable water pressure for showers etc but not enough to in anyway dampen our experience here.
