Stayed in this villa with my husband and another couple for 5 nights. The location is fantastic. Away from the craziness that you can find in the middle is Seminyak but it’s close enough to lots of great places - Potatohead, The W, Sarong and Merah Putih restaurants and many more. Small local supermarket is close by - walkable but scooter is easier. I loved how everything was close in the villa - the living space to the pool area and the bedrooms. I stayed in another villa in seminyak that was spread out more than this villa, which I did not like. The villa is showing a bit of wear and tear in some places and the outdoor furniture needs a good clean but this is expected for being in Bali which is exposed to the elements. The sun lounges were not comfortable. It’s like they were missing the top of them. No cushioning at all. The lounge under the tree in the front corner was a fantastic shady spot to relax in. The pool size was awesome for a private villa. And it was cleaned every other day. Having a housekeeper come very morning was fantastic. We got breakfast cooked daily, - eggs and fruit and we provided bacon, which she happily cooked for us. Really liked having water coolers in the kitchen - saves buying (and wasting) so many plastic bottles. One downside of our stay was the separate downstairs toilet was blocked by the previous guests and this did not get fixed for our stay. Yes there are 3 other toilets in the villa but they are through the bedrooms so if you are in wet bathers this isn’t ideal. There was meant to be a housekeeper for the afternoon but she did not arrive for most of our stay. Which is a shame as we would’ve liked to received and update about the toilet. The morning housekeeper had limited English - which was fine, but she didn’t know about the toilet, only the afternoon housekeeper did. Also the curtains in the bedrooms let though a lot of light so pack an eye mask if you prefer darker rooms. Also the bedroom downstairs has a narrow long window strip at the top of the back wall which has no curtain and let’s in the morning sun! Far too bright for my liking. The media room was fantastic. Great air conditioning. And enough room for all the guests. Also my husband and I were able too I check in 2 hours earlier which was such a good thing as my husband was not feeling well. The cleaners were more than accommodating, which was a lovely way to start the trip. I Really enjoyed the feel and vibe of this villa. Not sure if it would be suitable for young families due to the stairs. But it would be perfect for couples/singles.

The location is amazing - walking distance to some of the best spots in Seminyak. Including Sarong restaurant, W Hotel, Potato Head and Mexicola. With it's generous sized living / entertaining area downstairs, this condo is great for small groups. The large bedrooms and spacious bathrooms also gives this villa a feeling of luxe and privacy. On the down side, some areas in the villa felt a little untidy. A detailed clean of the villa from time to time would go a long way. Pool lights need changing (only one works) and although the stereo system has great sound, the bluetooth was not working so we could not connect our own music. Also, surround sound in the movie / tv room requires attention as this did not work. Apart from the above, I would still highly recommend this villa. The staff were very friendly and the villa overall has that "wow" factor ;-)

My family and i stayed at this villa for 2 weeks and enjoyed every it very much. The comforts of the home and the great location made it one of the best villas we've ever rented. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us to stretch out and enjoy the beautiful weather. We will for sure be back!

Stayed at this villa for 1 week with my wife and 2 other friends, it is exactly as advertised in the photos. Really nice bedrooms and good size swimming pool with a nice amount of sun coming through. The location was very well situated also. We didnt need to hire a scooter or taxi too often as all the major venues we wanted to visit were walking distance such as Potato Head, Ku De Ta, Mexicola and W. Great hosts and great villa, would happily stay again and refer to other people. Thanks for a great stay!

Massive rooms, beautiful pool, wonderful staff and probably the best location on the island. We travelled around a lot in Bali and should have just spent more time in and around this villa. Walking distance or short scooter/cab ride to the most amazing beach in Bali. The villa itself is wonderful and so spacious. The main area is huge with great lounging couches and a nice sound system. Fans keep it cool in the areas by the pool and all the rooms have wonderfully cold A/C. Walk around the corner to two perfect little boutique coffee houses and cute little shops. Couldn't say enough about this place, staff and location. Absolutely perfect!!!!

My wife and I stayed in this villa in Bali for 3 1/2 weeks. The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. It is fabulous villa in every respect. It was clean, modern, spacious, nice pool beside the living area, big bedrooms with king size bed and spacious on-suite with walk-in shower. The staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and speak quite good English. You can rent the whole villa with 3 en-suite bedrooms and the private pool but we just rented one bedroom of 3 in the villa. Don't let this scare you away. The living area is great, here is lots of privacy and the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommended.

The location of this villa was great, near to the beach and all the best restaurants and shops. The villa itself was the same as what you see in the photos, it was very spacious, clean, well-maintained, got plenty of sunshine on the pool, lots of areas to relax, and a cozy modern feel it it. We loved the living space and was great for entertaining at night. They also set up a Philipps smart lighting so you can change the colours of the lights depending on your mood, very cool. The air-conditioned TV room was also a night touch and a great break from the heat if you ever get too hot. I would definitely recommend this villa as we were all more than happy with it and felt value for money was also on par.

Thanks Brad, Great place with king bedrooms, Movie room and great outside area with pool. Walking distance from Sarong, Potatoes heads and great little burger place. There is shops and money changers near by.

This was such a disappointing villa stay having been to bali 3 times previous . This really caugh us off guard . Booked for 6 people 5 adults and 1 child . Our complimentary airport transfer was in a 5 seater vehicle so that left us 2 people short and no luggage😣 .. When we arrived late at night at the villa . We were greeted by friendly staff who politely showed us around and apologetically advised that the master bedroom aircon was only blowing hot air and she would have it looked at the next day..😱 We arranged a time for breakfast 8 am as I had a work meeting and was being collected at 9;15 am ..The breakfast included offer was eggs on toast ..unfortunately cook did not arrive til 9;15 and after arriving late at night with no breakfast and no food in the place not even milk for tea or coffee we we all a little frustrated Oh and did I mention we had no water pressure .. We were only advised on arrival about the aircon but 34deg no aircon and no showers and flushing toilets .. That lasted for 2 days.. THEN ONE DAY FIXED and it went again. After a disgruntel email was fired off to the owner who was on holidays (Im sure he had a flushing toilet and wasn't paying 499 us a night..)we were offer a free take away Indonesian meal from where the breakfast cook worked at nigh..total value of around 50US. another insult. This turned into a disaster even the next guests arrived with us being there and no one knowing what was happening...Very poor. management and no care factor from the owner as the staff were lovely and I felt sorry for them having to bear the brunt of a bad owner. A
