The villa is flanked by rice fields and is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Seminyak. There are a few (coffee) shops and restaurants within walking distance, the beach and Seminyak centre are only a short ride away. The villa is fully equipped, comes with Cable TV, wifi, daily maid service, 24/7 security and your own private 14m pool. Airport transfers are included as well. It is available for short term (minimum 3 days) and long term lease. If you have any other question, feel free to reach out.

Feels like home!
i got a full on 10 days invitation by my best friend to stay in this villa. super nice and clean and spacious kitchen, as we were all on diet so we mostly cooked in the villa. the pool is just amazing!

Villa Moyo
The villa was as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect and enabled us to easily reach the places that we went to. It was clean and well kept. Well lit and fully furnished. Swimming pool was clean. The Manager, Leo, was very helpful and understanding on our flight hours which effected our checking in and checking out times. I highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful Villa - photos don't lie or do this Villa justice!
Stayed 7 nights, 4 adults and 2 children. The Villa is beautiful, exactly what you see in the photos. A quiet complex located 10-15 minutes from the heart of Seminyak, (depending on traffic) but walking distance to cafes, restaurants and local convenience stores. Highly recommend the Bumbak Cafe and the Italian restaurant next door. The villa is clean and fresh. Sandy the cleaning lady is in and out during the day. Coen was always available and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. The villa is great for families looking for more space than a hotel room. We also arranged a pool fence at an additional cost, as we have young children.

Excellent bedrooms, pool and decor. Little oasis!
The Villa was well kept, air conditioning worked excellently. Bedrooms were seperate do from lounge room. Pool was always clean, bedrooms and living area decorated well (felt like a grander version of home). Easy to get into Canggu and a few Cafes close by!

This villa is quiet and relaxing and has everything you need.
This villa was everthing we hoped it would be. It is clean and spacious. It was so relaxing and quiet. The pool is fabulous. The only thing I could think to improve it would be to have bedside tables with a lamp. Otherwise it was fantastic. If you had young children you would have to watch them as the pool is not fenced.
