Selected doors and windows utilize insect screens and large ceiling fans and air conditioners are installed throughout. The villa itself embraces a green concept with rain water harvesting for gardens, reverse cycle water heating, LED high efficiency lighting, and energy saving inverter drive air conditioners throughout. The villa comes alive at night with ample and well placed landscape lighting. Entrance lighting is automated. The swimming pool is driven by an imported Bionizer pool management system. Water is cleaned & purified through an ionization process to drastically reduce the use of unwanted chemicals and additives and increase efficiency. Steady PH is ensured and the pool is ideal for sensitive skin or if pool chemicals are a concern. Green Mango is supported by a dedicated team of round the clock staff who will ensure your stay is memorable. The Villa: The villa comprises 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. All rooms offer private en suites, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and DVD players. All TVs have independent channel control & international channels. All are tastefully decorated and feature unique art. The main living area features 2 sets of large folding door and several others all of which may be closed and locked for complete security or left open to enjoy open style living. Bed 1: 1 x King sized bed. The larger of the 2 ground floor bedrooms has 2 sets of double doors. Easterly doors open to a private garden bath and relaxation area, the other onto the main living area. Includes TV/DVD home theater entertainment system and a personal safe. The doors to the private garden bath feature low impact insect screening which offers the option of enjoying the private garden breeze without the worry of mosquitoes. Bed 2: 2 x single beds. The smaller of the 2 ground floor bedrooms offers dual access from either inside the villa or a direct entry to the front entertaining area. Includes TV/DVD and personal safe. Bed 3: 1 x King sized bed. The largest of all the bedrooms is located on the top floor and features double sliding doors onto a private balcony and a sofa within the room.
