The ground floor features a large open style living and dining area, facing onto a private pool. In addition, a comfortable air conditioned TV area, with guest powder room, is located adjacent to the living room.
A stylish staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor level is dedicated for the two bedrooms, comfortably set side by side, each with en suite bathroom. One bedroom has king size bed and private balcony. The other bedroom has twin beds, that if required can be converted into another king size bed. It offers tranquility and privacy with view to the surroundings.
Loved this villa such a great location & so quiet but very close yo the beach

Perfect villa close to Seminyak beach
We really loved staying In Fiona's Bali Beach Pad and would highly recommend it. Very close to the beach, we had a great time exploring Seminyak and all it has to offer. Great shopping and dining. The villa has everything you need, including a phone in case you need anything extra from Fiona and her staff. The wine in the mini bar was a welcome bonus, and at a good price, we appreciated a refreshing glass of chardonnay while we enjoyed the pool and the lovely space. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing Villa
Bali Beach Pad is a credit to its owner, Fiona who is a delight to deal with. Communication is very fast, answering all questions promptly and honestly.
Unfortunately we were only in this beautiful villa for 3 nights for this trip, but whenever we are travelling in a group in the future we will be sure to try to book here again.
The staff are very friendly and efficient but respect your privacy, so you can have them service the villa on a basis that suits you.
The attention to small details are what sets this villa apart and what a lot of open plan villas are missing is the opportunity to shut off an air conditioned lounge area. The addition of a “glass wall” to enclose the theatre room means you can have that air con area without losing the open plan feel.
We love this area, only a 100m or so to the beach in between Ku De Ta and Gado Gado (or the bean bag bars). Handy little cafe next door which will do room service to the villa, and a great local laundry not far around the corner.
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect
We recently had 5 nights at Bali Beach Pad. All aspects of our stay were excellent starting with the lovely greeting and patience of Budi at the airport. The Villa is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The location, whilst minutes from the beach, is perfect as slightly tucked away thus very quiet. We loved the pool area. Fiona has an excellent team working with her and nothing was too much trouble. She was accommodating as at very short notice we needed to stay an extra night. We would definitely recommend a stay at Bali Beach Pad and would not hesitate to return ourselves.

Fabulous.........Once again.................
We have recently returned from a further stay(05 no so far) at Bali Beach Pad, with again a wonderful time having been experienced.
From arrival at the Airport(with Car and driver being provided) every effort was made to ensure that all requirements were catered for.
Basic provisions waiting in the Fridge:
Wine available if required(chilled!!) White Wine being ready.
Generous bedlinen and towels etc
Laundry being pressed and returned quickly.
The owner(fabulous Fiona) and staff were always available to answer any query, and always with a smile.

Perfect Getaway
This was our third time staying at Bali Beach Pad. Absolutely love everything about it. Location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to walk along the beach for meals (or next door if you do not want to go along the beach) Private yet only a phone call away for help. We were there when the earthquake in Lombok happened and Fiona called to check that we were ok. Small details make a big difference. Staff are amazing and always on hand if we needed anything, yet not in your space when not required. All laundry is done for you, so you do not go home with a suitcase full of dirty washing. We do hire a scooter when we are there as it is a bit of a walk out of the laneway. We do not go out of Seminyak, however find this extremely handy to get around. You can make use of Budhi the driver, who is fantastic. We used Budhi when we went out of Seminyak and he a wealth of knowledge. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic in every way - great location - great communication throughout by Fiona and wonderful service from Buddi
Our stay at the Bali Beach Pad was delightful. The villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy Bali. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants - air conditioned TV room and bed rooms, beautiful plunge pool and a well stocked bar fridge with Australian wines (a great touch!). Fiona's communication was excellent thoughout and Buddi (Villa Manager) could not have been more helpful. I thoroughly recommend this vacation rental and will be staying there again!

Perfection
Bali Beach Pad is a little slice of Heaven. Our experience from start to end was phenomenal, with wonderful communication and lovely interactions with Fiona. The Villa is perfectly located, only a few steps to the beach with some great restaurants and bars very close by. We were able to walk to all the dining and drinking options we wanted to visit including Ku De Ta, Sisterfields, Kim Soo, Revolver and Sea Circus. There were days when we just couldn't bring ourselves to leave our little oasis so we made use of the GO JEK app and ordered in. Despite being so centrally located, the Villa was wonderfully quiet, luxurious and provided the perfect space for a day in, or respite by the pool after a day shopping. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Bali Beach Pad and would recommend it to all. The team went out of their way to provide extra little touches to make our stay special. The Villa security was an added bonus. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Pad!
For our first trip to Bali we decided to book a Villa instead of a resort. We hoped it would be more cost effective and more personal. We selected Bali Beach Pad based on the reviews and the tranquil look of the space based on the pictures presented on Trip Advisor. Well, I am happy to report that it was a perfect choice in every way. The location was perfect - close to the beach and all the many shops and restaurants that we tried to explore. The amenities, security and cleanliness offered were perfect. Every detail has been thought through from a fruit bowl and bubbly waiting our arrival to the amenities perfectly presented in our bathrooms. But what made it special was the staff - Fiona, Budi and Ilhu were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much for them. The service was fantastic! Budi was a great driver, collecting us from the airport and taking us to various parts of the Island based on our wish list. Fiona - a BIG thank you to you and your staff for making our Bali holiday a holiday to remember. We are truly grateful for your hospitality and will certainly be recommending Bali Beach Pad to our friends and family here in South Africa and abroad. We also plan to return soon without a doubt!

It is a pleasure playground for travellers from all walks of life where the streets are lined with colourful restaurants, cheerful cafes and trendy boutiques.
