Welcome to Villa Agni
For us, the beautiful island of Bali is about nourishing the spirit, the body and the soul. And it is our goal that your stay at Villa Agni will provide you both a nourishing and relaxing experience. The perfectly blended concept of our indoor and outdoor lifestyle.
The villa is designed to sit around the 7mx3m pool and the stunning tropical garden. The thoughtful layout of the villa ensure the pool receives direct sunlight throughout the day until about 5pm. The main pavilion contains two bedrooms with the living area between them. The third bedroom is on the other side of the sparkling pool ensuring all rooms have a soft and calming aspect onto the green and blue of the garden.
Each bedroom has custom made king size beds with 180x200cm mattresses and lovely drap...

Beautiful Villa & great location
Private & clean villa with wonderful staff. Boudin our daily cleaner was the best! He was warm & friendly & cleaned immaculately every day. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was sincere & caring...we fell in love with him! Our driver Wayan was the same. Always punctual & friendly, he too became our friend. There was a little problem with the water & Keisha & staff attended to it immediately...contacting the owner Antonius, who was very obliging. We loved our stay & would definitely go back.

Villa Agni
We had a pleasant week at Villa Agni. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We had some problems with the water tank, but the owner and staff took this seriously and helped right away. Always clean and comfortable. The location of this Villa is perfect if you would like to live central in Seminyak, simultaneous it lays in a quiet street - we loved that. At night we could hear some of the nightlife in Seminyak, but that wasn’t very annoying and you could only hear a bit of music, no cars and no voices.
The owner was helpful with arranging transport to our next location, something we appreciated much. Thank you for a great experience.

What a great place to stay
Sorry this review has taken so long. This villa is in the best location, right in the middle of all the action! Great food, shopping and entertainment and beach is walking distance as well.
The Villa itself is fantastic, very clean and well set out. Perfect for 3 couples. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We are organising now to book again next year.

A pleasure to stay here
Awesome location! Host was absolutely exceptional and the photos are a true representation of the villa. Rooms are clean and the villa is set up beautifully.
It could do with a freshen up paint job. Being so close to the action there was a night club which was loud during the night.
It was great for us as it was our first time in Bali.

Great quiet place in the midst of the happening places
Located in a small ‘gang’ off jalan kayu, this villa has all you could wish for for a great holiday in Bali. With an exceptionally helpful owner you are sure your stay will be a good one.

Lovely and calm villa in a great spot!
The villa is located off a lane right in amongst the thrive of Seminyak. You can wander along with the hordes then head back to the tranquil space of the villa. Best position ever! The accomodation was lovely, comfortable beds and beautiful luxurious Bali style ensuite for each room. The pictures and descriptions fit what we experienced. Staff at the villa were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the owner excellent. Hoping to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Family holiday - teenagers
What a great spot! Lovely villa, relaxed Balinese style living. Quiet, safe lane way. Three teenagers- plenty of room to relax and spend time together!! Good food nearby. Would also be great for multiple couples. Thanks Antonious

Relaxing villa, close to the shops and restaurants but lovely and quiet
We stayed for 5 nights and had a very relaxing break. A few minutes walk from the shops, cafés etc but lovely a quiet. Was relaxing to come back and sit by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet. The recommendations of places to eat by the owner were excellent and we went back to one in particular twice. I was travelling with my 20 year old son and 18 year old daughter so it was great for them too. Airport pick up on arrival was very convenient.

Comfortable Villa in a great location
We have a relating stay in this villa. The owners communication prior to our arrival was excellent. The staff were great. We had a couple of maintenance issues on arrival but as soon as they were pointed out they were dealt with.
This villa is located only meters from one of the main shopping/eating strips in Seminyak so could not be better placed.

Wonderful host, fantastic location, comfortable beds, lovely pool!
The location is excellent - just off the top end of the main stretch in Seminyak, close to excellent restaurants such as Mama San, and about 15 min walk to the beach.
Antonius could not have been more helpful - arranging transport and recommending trips and a really excellent recommendation for breakfast down by the beach.
The only negative would be that the kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, and when we were there, one of the rooms' ensuite wasn't sealed off the way the others were meaning going to the toilet meant plenty of mosquitos (which is out of their control I appreciate but the other two rooms didn't have that problem due to the plastic covering between the wall and the roof).
The pool is beautiful and just the right temperature, with the cleaner coming each day and helping us to book restaurants and book massages etc.
All in all a lovely stay made better by the wonderful host who could not have done more to help.

About the neighborhood
Our lane runs directly off Jalan Kayu Aya (also known as Jalan Oberoi or Jalan Laksmana - but many people refer to it as Eat Street because of the great restaurants). It's right at the beginning of Kayu Aya, ony two minutes walk from the famous La Favela. This makes it extremely convenient for some of the best wining and dining experiences in all of Bali. And there is gorgeous boutique shopping as well. Not to mention the spas, yoga centres and beach clubs down the street. In fact the closest beach is less than 15 minutes walk - you access the beach through KuDeTa.
Getting around
You can easily walk to most places in the neighbourhood - Seminyak Square, the famous Mamasan restaurant and the beach is so close, famous La Favela restaurant just less than 3 minutes walk. However, there are many bluebird taxis available at the end of the lane on Kayu Aya. If you need car and driver, we can make a recommendation for the ones we use when we are in town.
How to get there
We can arrange pick up transfers upon your arrival. And payment directly goes to the driver. However, if you require transport from or to another part of Bali, please let us know and we can arrange this for you as well. We use very reliable drivers. If you are travelling privately, we will share our housekeepers contact so they can let your driver know the directions.
