The private pool is equipped with bean bags to lounge & sunbeds to sunbake along with many hours of uninhibited sunlight making it perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
GUEST ACCESS:
There is fast WiFi access throughout the villa and Cable TV Channels for guests.
Fresh linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels and soap all provided.
A fully equipped kitchen and amenities with gas stove, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, toaster, hot water, mineral water dispenser, and ample cookware, tableware, and cutlery.
This villa comes with free drinking water for guests. We also provide a mini bar with a variety of beverages and snacks available for guest convenience.
This villa also includes a daily cleaning service, if you do not wish for the villa to be cleaned daily please notify us.
The villa is fully secure with safety boxes for personal items and 24 hour CCTV.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
If guest have any questions during there stay, or would like to arrange any additional services during their stay such as transport, bike hire, day tours, or anything else they can contact me. Daily villa staff will also be available to share their expertise of the island.

What a great place to stay, walking distance to food, a great leather shop just around the corner, a great grocery store for things you need, coffee and donut shop, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Char Time. Easy to find a taxi back to were you want to go. It was extremely clean inside. There is nothing to complain about it was a great place to stay and we will be back to stay again.

Perfect family getaway!
Stayed here with the family for their first trip to Bali. The place was absolutely gorgeous and we had a ball. Was walking distance to all the great eateries and shopping and was perfect also just staying in and relaxing. The place was immaculately clean with all new furniture and we all loved the pool. Beds were very comfy, place was always cool inside was peaceful and quiet. Staff there was so friendly too, it was lovely. All had our own en-suite which was perfect when getting ready. Would recommend to all our friends and will definitely stay again.

Stunning 3 bedroom villa!
What a stunning villa this was. The rooms were just perfect overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The pool was a breath of fresh air to lay by during the hot afternoons. Daily breakfast cooked by The villa staff was delicious and everything here very spacious. I had a wonderful stay here and would certainly book here next time I’m in Bali. Thanks again for everything, was an amazing holiday!

10/10 villa!!
What an amazing villa! 3 great size bedrooms all with comfortable king size beds and AC! Was nice relaxing and having a variety of cable channels to watch at night. The swimming pool was amazing and the daily breakfast was wonderful also along with there friendly staff. Cant wait for my next holiday here, will certainly stay again!

Amazing stay and beautiful villa!
We had an absolutely amazing time staying in this gorgeous villa. The place was kept clean thanks to the ladies who came to clean daily. We arrived to a neat and clean villa and whenever we needed anything the response rate was super fast.
The location is also great! Already being so close to Seminyak beach and many restaurants , shops and bars, Kuta was also just a 10 minute ride away, Ubud about 1 hour and many other gorgeous locations also nearby. Seminyak is really great if you Nat to be central and close to many other areas.
We did several tours which we booked through Eddie ( not booked through the villa). He was the most amazing tour guide-
He negotiated rates for us, cracked many jokes to keep us entertained in the car and was rally just the most friendly person. He also always went the extra mile with everything and was extremely affordable.

Loved our stay! Vila was perfect for our family of 6, very secure and in a quiet street. Very clean and the pool was extremely well utilised. Breakfast cooked every morning amazing. We would definitely recommend it and the owner replied to any queries straight away, was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Awesome hosts and location
Fantastic location, great villa and an even better location.
Hosts are amazing, free breakfast. All close to the Seminyak shops. Can't really fault it. Would recommend to everybody!

Amazing Place
Well I have stayed at a lot of villa in Bali but this one stands out the most. Very good location in Seminyak easy to walk to most places and still in a quiet area. Had breakfast as well was good and tasty 😋 would highly recommend it.

Beautiful brand new villa
I 've been stayed there for a few days with my partner. We had a good time, the villa location was great,
