Villa
Villa Esa is eclectic 4 bedrooms villa located just 50 meters from Eat Street.
The villa is surprisingly quiet yet very close to shops, restaurants, and hustle of Seminyak.
The living area is an open style featuring funky retro coloured dining chairs, round couches, art deco style side tables and fully equipped kitchen with its huge island entertaining and eating bar.
The roof over this living area is 10 metres high with a curved shape alang alang roof supported on massive bamboo posts.
All bedrooms have recessed ceilings, large windows with block out curtains and they also feature separate air conditioners, fans, 40″ TV’s, wardrobes, funky lamps and pop art on the walls.
-Should more guests arrive at villa than noted on booking sheet, there will be additional costs at the discretion of the villa
-Valuables and cash must be secured in safety box, villa will not be liable
-Bali can be prone to electric black out that is directed through Electric Company, it is out of Villa control. Not more than 2 times per month for around 1-2 hours
-If guests have became aggressive or have unreasonable demand, the host has a right to ask them to leave
-Smoking in pool area only
Fantastic place for group. Nice clean and comes with a housekeeper if needed. Next to Revolver coffee shop and a stone's throw to Seminyak square. Perfect for early morning beach walks.
